Usually I'm understanding, but arriving 10 minutes after opening and still not open is ordinary!
If you open it later, register it on the internet and the door... If the employee is not clocking in, it is up to the manager to take the lead.
Too bad to lose customers over stupidity like that!

I was served by the best sales associate Peter. He was so patient and helped me find the perfect shoes. Seriously the world needs more employees like him. Served me with so much generosity and patience cause I couldn’t make up my mind on which shoe to buy. I definitely recommend this place
