Excellent experience. I wanted an independent opinion on a used vehicle that I just purchased.
The entire service team was fantastic, they took the time to answer my questions and even show me certain features on my new car!
The service manager, in addition to being extremely competent, is super friendly. It's sometimes difficult as a woman to trust yourself to have your car repaired, I absolutely loved my experience and I have peace of mind!

I had my VW Rabbit in for repairs this past week (October 2nd, 2024) and dealt with Dexter Ryan Esguerra. Dexter was very courteous and professional from beginning to end of repairs. Dexter practices active listening so that he can fully understand the client's needs and concerns. He displayed excellent client service skills and made the whole experience reassuring and satisfying. Keep up the great attitude and be proud of the care you provide your clients.

Frustrating first experience with the service, I came for prepaid maintenance, suspensions making noise (known problem with ID4s) and an opinion to see if one of my tires is repairable. I left with the prepaid maintenance and a shouting match with the service manager. Really unprofessional, be careful with every document you sign because they will use your initials against you, to tell you that you accepted their costs without mentioning it to you. And this same director has the nerve to tell me that his mechanics are paid $170 an hour so each request costs them money. Already the maintenance should include an inspection of the wear and condition of my tires, that inspires confidence. Any local garage would have told me yes or no if a tire is repairable.

Have called them 4 times already to book an appy for a service call. Left 4 messages as they seem to be busy to answer the phones. It's been 3 days , and no one has returned my call. What kind of business are they running I have no clue. And they called me to renew my lease. Highly doubt it now I will be dealing this dealership. They sell calls, just don't want to service them I guess.
Edit: made an appointment for 7 am and they tell me that they are taking the car in at 745 am. ?? Then why take the appointment at 7 am ?? This is the first time and the last time I'm buying a car from here. You can't be transparent and tell your customers the procedure on the phone or online, then you have no idea what service is. People make appointments to work around their schedule because people work as well! Really frustrating and dumb service. Going elsewhere. Bad enough I called 5 times and no one even called back is unacceptable.
