The place may be open to the public, but the opening hours are absolutely impossible (worse than the banks!). In addition, you have to ring the bell outside and wait to have the door opened, in addition to constantly having the impression of disturbing the employees assigned to the store. The idea of opening this factory to the public certainly comes from senior management and clearly seems to have been imposed on the company's employees, who always give the impression of being eager to return to their other tasks. A mixed experience, which is only offset by the quality of the treats and their reasonable prices. There is surplus inventory, in addition to broken chocolates sold at discounts.
