Only accept cash payments... Unpleasant or even disrespectful customer service, at 4:45 p.m. while the closing time is 5 p.m. and I have an item (diffuser) at the checkout and finished choosing an aroma three employees at the rest told me to leave and come back tomorrow because we are closing... frankly, plus there was a queue of several people at the cash register so really not the end they lost a customer who could have become regular... and frankly not respecting closing hours is very common in CF Laval...

I have been a customer for a short time and every time I go to buy my products I am disappointed with the attitude adopted by the employees, more particularly the manager (she has a veil on her head) who always seems in a bad mood, sad and tired. No one welcomes us when we shop, this store has bad employees…

I love Dans un Jardin products, but when I arrived… zero hellos… zero service… there was only one advisor, a lady with glasses, veiled (January 16). She was on her cell phone watching videos (with the volume at max), I needed help with the broadcasters, but she didn't seem happy to help me... I was very disappointed with my experience, this time.

I just ordered several 3-wick candles.The price was reasonable. On the other hand, they are the worst I have seen in my life!The wicks break, everything burns all wrong, there's nothing we can do with it.$100 in the trash.

Very poor service and bad customer experience by the manager Ms. Souad.I wanted to get a refund / exchange because the diffuser was defective after 7 days of use. The diffuser in question had been purchased at Place des Bois-Francs in Victoriaville and it was a gift given to me by my mother. So we went to the store closest to me, Carrefour Laval. My partner therefore went to the store with the diffuser as well as the invoice for reimbursement. Ms. Souad mentioned to my partner that she could not repay, because the credit card initially used was my mother's. At this time, my partner asked to exchange the defective diffuser. Mrs. Souad asked my partner to try the diffuser in store. My partner therefore demonstrated that the timer options no longer worked. She mentioned that it was no big deal because the diffuser was still working!Following this situation, I went to see Ms. Souad to understand why we could not have an exchange when the product purchased was defective. She gave me the customer service # because she couldn't decide if she could make the exchange or not. So I call customer service and talk with Linda for a while. Linda calls Ms. Souad (the store manager) to authorize her to make the exchange, but Ms. Souad does NOT WANT to make the exchange. We asked her what possible solutions/options were and she told us 'there was NOTHING to do'! In the end, we hung up with customer service and I left after an hour of fooling around with my faulty diffuser. The next day I had to go to Place Rosemère, 25 minutes from home, and the manager of this store (Denise) was able to carry out the exchange without any problem, with the help of Catherine. I appreciated the service offered by Denise, because EVEN IF she did not know how to make an exchange or refund, she DID NOT PUT THE BURDEN OF HANDLING INTO THE CUSTOMER'S HANDS. She called technical help and found an acceptable solution.I work in technical support in medical IT and I am aware that we do not always have the answers for the customer. However, our role is to find help and options for the client, not the other way around. We must adapt to circumstances.I have never had such a bad customer experience in my life and Ms. Souad you should consider changing jobs. It's all well and good to produce sales figures, but the quality of after-sales service is just as important!

I loved the Oriza line of products, since the perfume is no longer available I no longer buy the soaps or creams either...too bad because they were great products, I had been using them for years. I would certainly be going back to those products if the perfume returned.

After 5 months of use the diffuser no longer works...I do not recommend!!!I call customer service and are told it's 30 days. I understand that the warranty is 30 days, however buying a diffuser for $40 for 5 months of use (not every day), this is not what falls into the "reasonable lifespan" category of the 'OPC.
