Supposed to close at 9h00, so i came at 10 to 9h00 friday the 14 and he was closed!!! went there the next day and ask the guy, When are you closing? he says 9h00 sir! i tell him that i came the night before at 10 to 9 and he tell's me , Well maybe your watch is not good!! Lesson no 1 You dont argue with a customer 2- If you want to keep customer you respect the hours that are on the door so if you close at 9 its 9 not 10 to 9!! Anyway that guy that works at night during the week is arrogant and doesn't know how to deal with customers!!!
