They claim to give a straight 10 year guarantee until after you pay and read the receipt where it is written that the guarantee is prorated over 10 years.
Then they claim they never said they would give a straight 10 year guarantee.
They claim an all-inclusive price, tax delivery and removal of the old mattress, then you get to the cash and the clown unilaterally decides he's going to charge you on something he decided was a fair price regardless of you not knowing about it.
Extremely dishonest!
Truth be told, most people just pay the surprise feas and avoid the confrontation. Then years later they are surprised that the guarantee is not honored!
Avoid like the plague!

The service at the store was impeccable but the delivery drivers left a mess in the common area of my building and threw the mattress box on my neighbors grass (they weren’t to happy about it).
When I went downstairs to get the box to throw in the recycling, I noticed a shoe cover that one of the delivery drivers were wearing at one of my neighbors doors as well as one outside on my neighbors grass as well. Delivery was okay but having to clean up after them was not.
