We are longtime customers of Dormez Vous and up until our latest purchase, have been very satisfied. For our latest purchase, service in the store was great! When our king size mattress was delivered, the delivery men brought it in the house and proceeded to fold it completely in half like a taco and taped it closed. Their reason: they said they do it all the time so they could bring it up the stairs to our rooms. Never before has this been done! We refused it since the coils inside would
Surely be bent out of shape with that kind of bend, and they took it back. Customer service arranged to send us another mattress and I asked them to make sure they would not send the same mattress. We were assured but when the new delivery arrived, it was the same mattress as the damaged one because the tape that was used to keep it folded like a taco, was still on the plastic wrapping! I have pictures to prove it was the same damaged mattress that was resent to us. We refused it, went to the store and got our refund. Terrible experience! Never again…

I bought my mattress in 2020, in 2021 I called to complain about my mattress which is sagging and which hurts our backs terribly. Sleep (badly) cannot send an inspector because of covid I filled out a form with the photos, but unfortunately I never received a response from them.
Two weeks ago July 17, 2024 I went back to the store to discuss the same problem again because I can't take it anymore this time I paid $57 for the inspection but he is looking for anything to not change my mattress excuses that I don't even see, despite their inspector confirming to me during his visit that my mattress is no longer suitable for sleeping.
I don't even know if it was a return mattress that sold me!!!!? Giving good service at the time of purchase is not enough I need it the time of problem with what I bought from you

Excellent service from advisor Anna Di Stefano. She took the time to walk us through the process of choosing the mattress according to our preferences and existing models (since it was the first time my partner and I bought one)

Anna helped us pick the right mattress at the right price. She was very professional and patient. She explained every product that we asked about and had enough knowledge. They delivered the mattress on time and the guys that took care of the delivery were professional and friendly. Great experience overall. Ask for Anna if you ever go to the Laval branch.

We met Alex in 2020 and really appreciated his excellent customer service. We recently went there for another purchase and were so happy to have seen Alex again (now as a Director- the company made a fantastic decision to promote him).
In short, make it a trip to visit the location and request Alex as your salesman (you will be so thankful you did)!!

Bought a mattress and scheduled a delivery date. All personal information was validated before at the purchase to make sure everything was valid. We were told that we'd get a call on that day to inform us about the delivery window and no call was received. We had to contact the store to find out that the mattress was out of stock and no one informed us that the the delivery got rescheduled on a random date one week from our initial date which we were totally unaware.On the second delivery date, they somehow used an old address in our file from 3 years ago and delivered the mattress to the wrong address.Horrible experience. An incredible waste of time.

Hello, We were served impeccably twice in two visits by Mr. Medhi.
Number 1 service, speed, knew his products, quickly knew where everything was stored, we asked for the pillow specials, best time of the year, right away he told us what it was.
Really, Mr. Medhi, was smiling, both times, seemed very happy to work for the company and he was very, very courteous to me and my 13 year old son. We felt very comfortable with no pressure. We asked questions and he simply answered them.
Customer service more, more, more! Kudos to you for finding such a dedicated employee!
