I recently rented a car from the Chomedey Laval location and had a fantastic experience. The car was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location is conveniently situated in the heart of Chomedey, making it easy to access. I also appreciated their fair policy on gas—I could return the car with the same amount of fuel as when I picked it up, which was very straightforward. The service was incredibly fast, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Very nice and quiet branch. The staff is very friendly and professional. Not muchwait to pick up or drop off. The only time I waited was before a long weekend, which is to be expected.

Been booking here 3-5 times a year for the past 3 years (Business and Personal).
Although they are super busy and clearly understaffed for the volume they receive, Zak and his team have always strived to provide great customer services. Any complaints are immediately addressed by the staff.

I have never received bad service like this before from any merchant. I got to meet Louis employee # is esbcu3 at enterprise Laval today at 13:15 who treated me rudely and refuse to serve me since the original reservation is made on another branch who they referred me to laval branch since enterprise being a cooperation. Detailed complaint with reference and reservation number have been submitted to both escalation / review teams as well as Enterprise customer care department.
I would never recommend this store to anyone, do ever try to avoid this store, especially this employee. Since he treats people badly reacting as a store/ and organization owner.
