I recently bought the grateful junior mattress for my little one and I am so pleased with the purchase! It is extremely comfortable and it did not have any sent when it arrived as new mattresses often do. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Vanessa too. She is very knowledgeable about the product, professional, proactive and follows up when she says she will. Essentia has a great product, supported by great service. Thank you Vanessa ?

I bought this pillow a couple of months ago and it has changed my sleep for the better. I could never find a comfortable pillow. I used to wake up with headaches all the time. Now, I just want to bring it everywhere with me! Love it!

Everything about this company is great. The mattresses and pillows are top quality and the customer service is very professional and courteous. I own 3 mattresses, two dorm toppers, a pet bed and at least 6 pillows. I haven’t purchased any other brand in the last 15 years. For a family that suffers from EDS-3 (same disease as the singer Sia has) Essentia is a godsend.

My husband Sandro and I just ordered a mattress from MyEssentia. Ester, the customer service representative was very helpful and professional and went out of her way to help make purchasing this quality mattress a very easy and positive experience by promptly answering all our questions and surpassing all our expectations. Kudos to Ester! We wish she could train all company reps that handle chats!

Beware! Rudest customer service manager I have ever spoken to. We ordered a cal king mattress several months ago and realized it was too soft for me but fine for my husband. We then went into the SAnta Monica showroom and decided to exchange the cal king for two twin XL and were told it would fit our cal king bed frame. Two months later, we were contacted by the showroom representative with an email forwarded from Essential Customer Service to inform us that two twin XLs will not fit a cal king, but with additional replies from me, she confirmed it would fit an eastern king. Then she told us the order would be processed if we pay the difference plus a restocking fee, and it would be another 8-10 weeks before we received our exchanged mattress. At this Point, I became extremely frustrated with the fact that two months had gone by and our mattress wasn't even ordered. The show room representative said she had emailed the headquarters twice and phone called them with no response. This seemed extremely unprofessional to me so I asked to speak to customer service directly. That's when I spoke with Freddi in Canada who did not offer any solution or compensation. Not even an apology. He said he would not contact his store sales person to get her input and was so rude to me that I ultimately hung up. I Will now be returning the California king, i will not be exchanging it for any Essentia Mattress of any kind, and will continue to see my chiropractor until my body stops hurting.
