Very poor customer service. They don’t have a printer to print the shipping stickers. It’s just a cashier who takes care of this service and she knows nothing about FedEx to answer the client’s questions.

Probably the worst grocery store in Laval. The employees are as stupid as their feet. Getting my FedEx packages always takes way too long. The attendants at the FedEx counter (fast checkouts) don't even have the key to open the cabinet or don't know how to handle picking up a package. As a result, we wait in line and, when it is our turn, the attendants have to call the manager to open the cabinet or manage the pick-up. Avoid as much as possible!
