A single employee, who really takes the time to listen to a customer's needs, analyze and propose solutions to resolve a problem that (6) six agents cannot do after hours on the phone for (5) five days in a row.And even if it wasn't fixed I would be grateful for the time she took to provide the good customer service I needed.Thank you JENA

Was a bad idea to pick the sim here instead of home delivery , the old number is transferred but my sim is not active. Very poor service and now I have to go back to activate it

I had outstanding service by Elias today. He was able to listen to me and meet my needs. I have been a Fido customer for over 20 years and he has shown me that Fido rewards me for my loyalty. Thank you Elias for the excellent customer service!

On a était servi ma conjointe et moi par une employée nommé Asma. Elle savait qu’elle ne fera pas de vente avec nous mais elle a tout de même donné un service impeccable et a résolu le problème qu’on a avait avec nos appareils. Un gros merci pour Asma qui a su géré l’achalandage du samedi (25 juin ) qu’il y avait dans la boutique tout en donnant un service exceptionnel.

Service is just not there anymore. Back then, you come in, you get your question answered, you leave. Now, it's get in line cuz the staff here doesn't know what they're doing anymore. Sad how service deteriorated over the years.
