Hello, after having searched several stores, we finally found a model of shoe that our daughter really wanted for the start of the school year.
No need to explain, with a family of 3 children it's a marathon every day and little positive things like this help us.
The only downside is the experience with your assistant manager David, “the doorman” that I could describe, who blocked the entrance at 5:50 p.m. to ensure that no one entered the store even though I kindly told him the brand and model that I know exactly what I need and that I arrive from work in time to buy my daughter's shoes, he refused me with a bogus argument like that all the stores around me are closed when they were actually open, finally realizing with a little pressure on my part that this was ridiculous he finally let me in.
In 5 minutes I hooked up with a clerk, pointed out the model, the size and went to checkout then at 5:59 p.m. I had the invoice in hand for a total without taxes of $150.
In the meantime the doorman didn't stop rambling like he wasn't working that he wasn't important in the store quite clearly like someone who wasn't happy at his job, I was even expecting him to get to the box. I had to point out to him that he had just received a $150 sale in 5 minutes 💨, I finished even before the other customers already in the store before me, but unfortunately he had no awareness or appreciation for it. continued to ramble on about his story of discontent.
So it’s sad to see that today’s companies are spitting on the hands that feed them!

Worst store, they have nothing in stock, 5 different items that I wanted that they didn’t have, regular sizes nothing out of the ordinary. I specifically went there because it said online something that I wanted was in stock and then he told me there was one left but they could not find it. Only gave it 2 stars because one girl that served me was pleasant. The other guy should learn to smile.

Very nice experience with your employees, especially Dalila. She is attentive and helpful. My shoes were not available in stores but she suggested other stores where I could find them. I would definitely come back.

They did not want to reimburse a pair of boots that had a manufacturing defect because I had worn them twice. No listening to the customer. First and last time!

We ask questions about Adidas shoes. The only answers the employee gives us are “I don’t know”. After two questions she told us "I'm not an Adidas representative, if you had asked me questions about Nike, I could have answered you". It appears she is a Nike “representative” and not a Foot Locker employee after all. In short, his lack of energy, will, knowledge of his products as well as his stupid response made us laugh while we crossed to the Sport Expert to buy Adidas.

Horrible experience, I ordered a pair of shoes online on special and they were defective, I went to the store to exchange them and they had no more in stock anywhere, the manager did nothing but give me attitude, they gave me a different pair that was 8$ more expensive that I didn't even want and they wouldn't even cover the difference, I won't ever buy from foot locker again, there are many online options to choose from other then that garbage store with horrible customer service

When I approached the saleswoman for advice, she stupidly replied “what do you want? ". This is the first time I've encountered such a stupid saleswoman. Last time at Foot Locker.
