Perplexed as to the extremely unfriendly service I received last Friday, very inconsistent with the amazing service I received from employees at both the Gap & BR stores off the Highway 13. Sure, employee could have been having a bad day, nevertheless she could very well have just left her rudeness at home, why bother being there then? Almost felt personal. Upon discussing with my daughter who was also with me, apparently she received the same animosity- prompting her to say that “that girl is not a girl’s girl.” Not expecting the world, but common courtesy is always in order.

Extremely rude staff. Went there on a friday for a return. The sales associate was extremely rude and unhelpful. She took the receipt as I handed it to her in a super agressive way to a point where she felt the need to apologize. Didn’t do my refund as she says I need to come back to see the manager which I did on Sunday. The gentleman at the cash was very polite and respectful but the manager was not much nicer. As someone who works in retail, the quality of the employees says a lot about the company itself. 100% Disappointed

Very nice store and friendly and professional employees. The lady at checkout helped me place an order online knowing that the sizes I needed were out of stock. She even applied in-store discounts on my web items so that I could benefit from the best price. I recommend without hesitation.

The manager is a person with no sense of customer service. We stop by to return a dress that has never been worn or washed and she starts trying to find a smell and sniffing like a dog to tell us that it smells like the dryer. No know how to live...we will never return to this place.

Save yourself time and energy, go and Shop elsewhere. Very unprofessional and ill faithed manager. The company needs to give her more training. I spent 245$ in there and yet she refused to refund me a 35$ shirt. Would've given 0 star If allowed. Gap Carrefour Laval needs to take better care of its customers. 4 star rating well illustrates the poor level of customer satisfaction.
