On Sunday my daughter and I went to buy some shoes. The sales man Mr. Ramzi was very friendly and kind, he helped us found some nice shoes. I was very happy with his service. He provided excellent and reliable customer service. I will definitely visit this store more often.

I've been going to this store several times, and frankly I've never been disappointed, very good prices and we're spoiled for choice, the employee Ramzi was very helpful, he took the time to listen to me and direct me towards what interested me, he offered me super comfortable shoes that I wear haha!! He knows his work and he is very respectful, well done and good luck :) I am a loyal customer and I will certainly remain so! :)

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the good man Ramzi who generally works at the cash register of this store. He is always up to the task, welcoming and ready to give his time to help customers. thanks to his wise advice he convinced me of my choice of shoes and I couldn't be more satisfied.

I entered the store around 5:50 p.m. after an employee kindly opened my door for me. I was directly yelled at in a very disrespectful and aggressive tone by the bearded man at the cash register who wanted me to leave the store, even though I still had a few minutes to take a quick look and even for a quick purchase. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this employee.

Terrible service! We entered the store at 5:54 p.m., the tanned, half-bald gentleman with a beard shouted at us and ordered us to leave the store, which was totally unacceptable! We never treat a customer this way! Natural disaster!!! The store closes at 6 p.m. and not at 5:54 p.m. I already knew clearly what I wanted so at 6 p.m. I was going to be outside the store with a purchase, but the gentleman, who has no principles, decided otherwise! You have just lost a sale and a customer!

Beaucoup de choix et des bons prix mais en ce qui concerne le personnel même pas un bonjour en entrant , il n'y a jamais personne qui m'a demandé si j'avais besoin d'aide , très honnêtement on a l'impression de les déranger, jamais j'y remettrai les pieds ! Une chance qu'a Rosemere le personnel est intentionné, le jour et la nuit avec cette succursale de Laval.

The merchandise at the store was satisfactory; however, this review is primarily about our negative experience with the cashier. She was extremely rude and unprofessional in her behavior. Her attitude was so poor that she didn't even provide us with a bag for the shoes we purchased. Our visit took place on August 22nd, and this interaction significantly impacted our shopping experience

I'm disappointed. Closing scheduled for 6 p.m. I arrived at 5:50 p.m. I was refused access knowing that I clarified that it was just to return an item and not to go around the store. And even though 6 p.m. is 6 p.m. Not to mention the gentleman's unpleasant tone. You lost a client
