Deplorable experience in this store. I chose a dress with a saleswoman before heading to the booths which - I didn't realize - were locked booths. With a completely appropriate perspective, I leaned slightly to see if I could see the shadow of someone's feet so as not to enter an occupied cabin. I pointed out that I was with my 4 year old son. A salesman then came in and told me that I had to ask for help to open the cabins. I was about to follow him when he added "you must not look at the customers from below." I told him then replied that I "didn't look at the customers" while wanting to explain that I was simply checking that there was no one there and he didn't let me finish by adding "that he had seen me". As if my goal was to lie about the situation. I felt accused of something that was scandalous and despite the fact that I followed him, insisting on making him understand the situation (because the very professional gentleman wasn't even listening). His colleague arrived to find out what was happening. He told her again that I had âlooked at the customersâ. Honestly, it pissed me off. I had tears in my eyes as I corrected what he had just explained to his colleague who seemed to understand. I asked to speak to a supervisor and took the salesperson's name "Jade". The colleague replied that she was an âassistant managerâ and that she was going to speak to him. I left the article and left. This situation really stunned me.

Me and my friends, we were shopping and my friend was ready to pay when all the sudden their was a lady She was asking (and persistent) to try the top she has and she kindly declined several times. After that, we went to pay and my friends was saying something to us but I was laughing of something else and then the cashier was saying rude things summing we were talking about the lady. Honestly I never going to that store ever again. It was a bad experience and bad customer service.

Horrible service at Guess Carrefour Laval, I have been a loyal customer for 20 years!
There is a very racist Asian assistant manager who is not professional at all!
I went for an exchange with my invoice I didn't even exceed the 30 day deadline just the label on top was missing!
She told me no! I do neither exchanges nor refunds!
Guess plz Please change your manager because you will lose a lot of your customers!
She lacks a lot of experience!

I called the Laval Guess store from Ontario on a Friday a couple minutes after 9pm - after they closed (because i work long hours all week). An amaaaazing lady assisted me with finding a skirt in my size that i could not locate, AND she ran my order through, and shipped it to me fast. I could not believe how helpful she was - especially late on a Friday. I called the Marciano store in Laval right before and was thrown off quickly with a hard No - âthat is a Guess itemâ (even tho it was on the Marciano website). The skirt is gorgeous and Cecilia who helped me at Guess Laval - i would definitely shop at your store when visiting! Thank u so much - you were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Maryana

I feel one of the staff needs to be trained properly on how to sell I felt she tried to sell me anything. I tried on a medium size but it was too loose and they didn't have the small in the store/backstore. Then asked, what happened, the medium don't fit ? I said it's too loose. She's like oh that's how the outfit it's made. Listen honey, if I'm gona spend that kind of money 150$ or more, it has to be fitted. Then she tried to sell me shorts with blazer set, when it's cold and snowing outside. I don't think this sales person had my best interest and when someone tries to sell u anything, its insulting.

I am generally not the type of person who leaves reviews neither positive nor negative, but unfortunately I have just experienced an unpleasant or even unacceptable moment for each customer who can return home.What happened is that while looking at men's jackets, my friend tried one on to see how it fit him.. two minutes later a lady (shally because I asked her name) arrives neither presents nor asks if we have needs help but looks at him funny.Stupid and disciplined I ask her if there is a problem she looks at me and says ah me talking to you I said yes, you looked at me strangely (knowing that looking at the clothes there was an anti-theft device which is fall a little far she answers me I look where he falls..Ok I continue to look at the bags and see their clothes and the lady walks behind me and in a super disturbing way.I find myself towards her asking her, do you always do that to the customer it's embarrassing to follow them sticking to them she answers me it's like that and in such a dry way I look at her I said ma'am you will suspect me of wanting to steal her from you looks at me and says please come out of my store wawwwwww there I said I would like to speak to your manager she tells me I'm the manager and I asked her to go look at these cameras and call security like She doesn't accuse people of that for nothing.I felt disrespected knowing that by speaking to her respectfully sheTells me I don't need your respect.I can understand that sheCan think of things that are not necessarily true given the nature of his work but there are ways of speaking and telling these clients with respect.If one of the managers reads the comment I ask you to inform your colleagues that there are ways to talk to people but above all that customers should not pay for the behavior of thieves, we are not all the same.THANKS

Terrible, terrible costumer service my friend was disrespected and treated very poorly, manager doesnt know how to be a normal human being and understand that us also are humans. Their workers dont give correct information. A little bit of context, my friend received a gift and the person had asked before buying if it was refundable or exchangeable, and the worker said yes. When my friend brought it back for refund the manager refused to pay her back because âit wasnât exchangeable nor refundableâ THEY ARE LYING TO THEIR COSTUMERS. As I went through the reviews I saw that many of other people went through the same situation. After a lot argument and attitude the manager ended up giving a gift card. Now if it wasnt exchangeable how come she was able to give us a giftcard she couldâve just done that from the start or even a refund. I do not recommend this place, very bad costumer service.

suki is a very bad manager she doesnt say that its refundable and exchangable and the she didnt return my money back never recommend this store to someone scaming people they say its refundable and exchangeble and then no its not theyre big liars never buy from here very bad service very bad costumer service if i have the chance to give her under 0 i will give . train your staff before hiring. Thiefâs literally thereâs no respects no understanding NOTHING. All the attitude is not gonna bring you any costumers. They might act all nice and friendly but at the end of the day they will lie to you. This was the manager, I canât even imagine what the regular workers are like. I didnât feel respected AT ALL. Dont buy anything from here!!

I don't like leaving bad comments, I wanted to buy 2 men's pants. Prices were $118 with a special price tag of $99 and were in the 50% off section. All the pants of the same model all had the same labels and were all in the same section. They wouldn't sell me the clothes at the displayed price because they told me it was a mistake. Unfortunately, I didn't accept being played with, so I didn't take the pants. I also wanted to buy sweaters to match, but since I no longer took the pants, I had no interest in purchasing. Lost several sales and a nice invoice for refusing to sell at the displayed price.... Too bad for the store.
