Very bad service!
Someone placed an online order for me as a gift , so while I picked up the items i asked to replace one of them so the saleswoman just canceled the item and refunded the money for who ordered!! As simple as that !
I called the customer services they said we can’t do anything now !!
I’m so disappointed about what happened
And as well I mentioned that i already received another order yesterday and i was able to do a replacement easily with a salesman at rockland center!

We are told to go to the checkouts 20 minutes before closing time. We are told the second floor is closed 20 minutes before closing. So we head to the first floor with two pieces to try them on before buying them and we are told that the manager has decreed that the fitting rooms also close 20 minutes before closing time. Even though we say we will be finished well before closing, the manager refuses. So we wasted our time choosing for nothing. We left it there since we don't live close and can't come back and change it just because the manager doesn't want to work and doesn't care if the store sells or not. We will never go back there. Their clothes are made of synthetic fibers anyway.

I did not like the service provided on October 27 at closing, the supervisor was annoyed and angry that I have gift cards to pay, if their gift cards do not work well at the cash register and have to bother her to be able to do the transaction is definitely not the customer's fault, she wanted to make us feel uncomfortable having 5 gift cards to pass, honestly next time I will ask my friends and family not to give me gift cards for future holidays. I believe that we must denounce these events even if H&M will not take the trouble to see this notice.

Terrible service. The customers are nothing... 2 cashiers for 30 customers. I put everything back in its place and left.

Always overcrowded, customer service is non-existent, cashiers are rude, a lot of items are not in the aisles they're supposed to be, etc
Overall this store is terrible.

Unfortunately we did not have good service. There were long lines both at the fitting rooms and at the checkouts. The people at the checkouts were nice but obviously new and inexperienced. They lacked supervision and made mistakes (entering information, anti-theft device which is not removed, etc.).

If I could put zero, I would have put it. Extremely poor customer service. The booths are closed more than 15 minutes before closing, you are spoken to in an extremely stupid tone and the store is not even closed yet so you cannot LOOK at the clothes. I had already paid for my items, I was heading towards the exit and as I was walking I saw a dress that I just wanted to look at. An employee bluntly told me that I had to either walk towards the registers or towards the exit and told me WORD FOR WORD that I was not allowed to look. I know the employees aren't paid on commission, but the least we can do is treat humans right. To another lady who spoke very politely, an employee very stupidly told her that the cabins were closed even though there were still 12 minutes before closing. I entered the store very happy, I came out in a very bad mood.

Huge store and and a good selection with reasonable prices however BADLY MANAGED. No reason for a store that size to have only 2 cashes open. Waited in line 20 minutes and line wasn't budging. One cashier was busy doing a return for one customer who must of had 3 shopping bags of clothes to return while the other was taking her time chatting it up with her customers. A few people including myself got fed up. We left the clothes on the side and walked out.
