This spring before Covid, I went shopping at the Galeries Laval branch. Unfortunately I forgot a tiny item on site. Following a telephone notification, during my first visit to collect it, I hit my nose on the door, even though all the other businesses were open around it. Another customer also had to turn back. For the second test, I notified by telephone that I would come back by speaking to an attendant. During my 2nd visit, the girl at the counter couldn't find my item (a tiny thing for tubes of paint). She asked the other lady who worked with her if she had seen it: the latter replied this: It had been lying around for a long time... To make a long story short, she had gotten rid of it. It was especially the employee's nonchalant tone that was ordinary. They had to go back to the store to give me one and we had to take the time to redo an invoice. It cooled me to do business with this place because of the quality of customer service. This is not the kind of service I like to receive. This shows me the importance of customer service, because we never know if our customer who buys a tiny thing had the intention of doing business with us for more expensive orders later... I don't wouldn't go back, I prefer to encourage another trader who is more attentive...

Officially my favorite store to buy art supplies. Smiling, attentive and very very courteous staff. The proof: I went there 4 times in the space of 5 days! Free coffee in the morning for buyers, reasonable prices and very attractive discounts. I loved my experience with everyone at this store without exception, especially Michelle! A big thank you! ❤️

After a long discussion with a saleswoman who seemed to me to be the manager, we decided to frame several items. Although she praises their passion for the art of precision, we receive crooked, poorly cut and asymmetrical frames. I call to report my disappointment and are told it was “unavoidable” because of the measurements of our images. However, we had two posters of the same size - both poorly cut in a different way lol, which confirms our doubts: they don't do a precision job. $700+ undeserved.

M. Jacques et/ou sa collègue vous accueillent chaleureusement avec un évident souci de cerner et satisfaire votre besoin. M. Jacques est très à l'écoute, professionnel et charmant! Il a su suggérer un encadrement parfait pour ma toile à un prix fort raisonnable. De plus, il a mis en cadre un dessin particulièrement spécial pour notre famille. Ses conseils sont honnêtes et éclairés. Je n'hésiterai pas à retourner le voir, ainsi que sa collègue au doux sourire, pour un projet particulier, car je n'ai aucun doute qu'ils trouveront une solution pour m'aider!
