I was excited to go to this place, got there and told them what I wanted. The appointment was going well. Then when I asked about specific shirts and sweaters that’s when it started going south. They are clearly on commission or some type of bonus structure. It was very obvious and they made you feel that way. He showed me a price for a tie at $175 and said it might be on sale, I’ll pass it through the cash. All ties except for that one are apparently on sale. But when I asked over and over again the final price he said you’ll see it on the invoice. The bill came to $2400 and I told him clearly that’s regular price. He pretended to delay then I said forget the tie. He then promised a discount on one of the suits. then had a girl come through the cash and they chose their words carefully when I asked if there was a discount in the suit. She said you would have paid $2500 but your bill is $2200. I asked again and there was no answer. I did the math and said no discount right and she said that’s right. The sales rep made it seem like he was pretending to discount.
Overall the quality are great. Love the products. Sales rep not so much. I may or may not go back.

Horrible customer experience at Harry Rosen Laval. As an exisiting customer, this one time i bought an article on sale on line. Went to the store for an exchange for the exact same article different color. The sales rep (Emilie) refused to honor the online price for the same article that is same price.
Gave me a hard time with plenty of questioning as if i was trying to scam the store. Very insulting.
For a store who claims to be high end clothing. It fell short when it came to descent customer care.
My visit to the store in February annual suits event will no longer happen!

Impeccable service from the advisor. She understood the need and did not try to push for bigger sales.
The store does not have a lot of variety for example if we compare to other stores in the area.

Amazing staff at this location. Dimitri was incredibly helpful with his recommendations and advice. My first experience at this chain was overwhelmingly positive, and I can't wait to go back to purchase more.

I was a bit surprised by the price at first, but these pants are seriously the most comfortable, elegant, and perfectly fitted ones I've ever worn. Huge thanks to Alain Ouellette, an amazing clothing advisor who really gets what we're looking for. Can't wait to come back for the jacket!

I was in the store for over 20 minutes. There was 0 customers and 4 workers on the floor. No one came to help or greet. I thought the values and standards of this brand was high, it wasn’t. Very disappointed.

The manager just told me to sort out my affairs. Super rude. I never went back to this store. Bad customer service. The two employees who answered me were on their cell phones at the register when I arrived and it took about 1 minute before he raised their hands.
