Folks. Well thank you for sharing your nice experiences. I was in the middle of applying a credit card which was offered to me thru a credit score agency. Sorry I have decided to abandon it after my very recent same experiences with BOM which is as good as this one.

What incompetence! Waited half a hour for the teller, with 1 person waiting in front of me. When it was finally this person's turn (he came in for a bill payment and a cash withdrawal) they were at it for over 15 minutes! For my part, I was asked to come in to have my ID verified and proof of income, in order to activate a credit card. Who still does this? Can't it be done online??

On me fais déplacer pour pas m ouvrir de compte perte de temps perte d argent j habite pas a côté, je suis immigré on aurais pu évité tout ça si on m avais prévenu avant mais non ! On me transfert au service client qui lui me dit de rappeler la succursale !! Bref pour une banque haut de gamme grand manque de professionnalisme à évité !

They do not value their long time customers after having multiple accounts and mortgages with them, once i sold my house they made pay huge penalties, they screwed me over, it was agreed to wave those fees once i buy another house but they turned down my new mortgage application and yet they did charge me those fees, it’s unfair.
