I met up with Sylva for my wedding invitations. She asked me to send her all the info needed in order to start the process. She never replied to my email. I also did a follow up just in case she did not receive it but yet nothing. I do not recommend this business.

My experience was with Sylva at Karsy design. She was very professional. The turnaround was less than 2 days and when I encountered an issue, she was very helpful and took initiative to resolve it. I would recommend working with her.

Worst experience ever. Gave a deposit, called back to cancel order. Lady told me to come pick up my deposit. Once I got there, the man began yelling in my face, banging on the counter, refusing the give me back my deposit and threatened to call the police.Would not recommend what so ever...!
