Very poor service. The employees behave as if you are bothering them and have no desire to help you. Worst Jack and Jones store. This store is a shame for the brand, especially the manager Frédéric who has no sense of customer service.

I went shopping with my boyfriend here and the service was ridiculous. There was a very nice older man that made a few jokes with us. But the cashier employe # 5098 had a nasty attitude. We spent 300$ in their store and her service was disappointing. She replied to every question with major attitude. Also they don’t accept cash and it’s not written anywhere obvious by the cash register area. There was also an issue with the card reader but the attitude we were given was as if it was our fault. Anyways very unimpressed. The one in Mirabel gives a better service.

Was satisfied with the service of the workers there. They seem very enthusiastic and help you get immediate assistance when trying different sizes of jeans.

Scammed customers!!! I asked a saleperson at the end of the room (while he was folding clothes) what the blackfriday deals are, he pointed to the discounted rack and said this rack is 50% off, everything else is 40% off. I took 3 t-shirts from that rack (32$ each while the others are 25$ each) and when i paid the Cashier said that it was only 40% off , not 50% and denied it as I was a liar when i said “an employee said it is 50% off on the rack at the end) Such a scam!
