I came back to this store because 2 years ago I had very good service. But upon purchasing my new phone this time no one could put the protective cover correctly on my phone. Many of my apps and some pictures were not transferred. They told me to return when some other employee would be there but you can't call them before going because they don't answered their phone and when I had questions about the functions on my new phone the fellow said that he knew nothing about the phone. It is unbelievably bad service and I didn't even get a good deal on the phone despite it being the day before Black Friday. It is very upsetting.

Disappointed with Customer Service at La Cabine T in Carrefour Laval
I visited La Cabine T in Carrefour Laval twice recently, hoping to find Black Friday deals on the iPhone 15 Pro Max or 16 Pro Max. My first visit last week was positive—the polite staff member I met informed me there were no deals at the time but suggested I check back this week as offers might become available closer to Black Friday.
However, my experience during the second visit this week was very disappointing. The older gentleman who attended to me immediately asked about my mobile connection. When I told him I’ve been with Virgin for a month, he flatly stated I couldn’t get a phone, assuming I was under a contract. When I clarified that I don’t have a phone contract—just a plan—he seemed confused and changed the question to whether I had a Canadian ID. Despite providing my ID (I’ve been living in Canada for three years), the interaction turned dismissive, and it felt like he was looking for an excuse not to assist me further.
This was the first time I’ve felt judged or treated unfairly while shopping in Canada. It was embarrassing and frustrating to feel dismissed based on assumptions rather than being treated as a valued customer. While my first visit was encouraging, this second experience has left me with a very negative impression of the store’s customer service.

Extraordinary service and beyond my expectations by my advisor Kimia who, in times of rush due to Black Friday and despite the traffic and the demands of all the customers, knew how to remain professional, patient, attentive to my needs , and offer me the best phone and the best price for my family and me! We activated 4 cell phones plus home Internet without hesitation and we are completely satisfied. This is the first time I have met a salesperson who even works outside of her usual hours to complete the sale and ensure that we benefit from promotions and products as quickly as possible! Wow! I had a problem lately with CT and not being able to reach my salesman requested to contact supervisor on April 4th 2023, NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. Again April11th asked thru customer service to speak with District manager. AGAIN NOT A WORD FROM HIM. These people believe they're untouchable?
