I had a superb experience once again at Landry. Specially thanks to Martin who made my experience even more enjoyable. Whether it was during delivery of the vehicle, he took the time to explain everything to me until I was comfortable with my new car. I had a rental of a jeep with them and for the preparation and sale / Rental #1 I had nothing to say about the Jeep Gladiator my end of rental ended at the end of September so I was looking to either buy back the vehicle or leave with it a new rental / Purchase of a Jeep Wrangler with the same Options that I had on my Gladiator, So I looked at the Options that I had but with the experience at the end of the Rental I decided to go elsewhere!!! After-sales service at the end of the rental a big ZERO, My salesman Brian with whom I did business was number #1 Courteous with his heart on his hands and tries the best for his customer and for the dealer, On the other hand Stéphane a great talker and boaster (Response from him: In any case I don't care about your Gladiator we are going to return it as SCI the Jeep Gladiator and Wrangler have lost a lot of resale value) Anyway We are the biggest in Quebec Here you won't get better elsewhere !! Did you think you could make Cash with that here!! Good seller! Well done Champions!

my 2021 Jeep Gladiator (Rubicon) only had 21,000km. Fully equipped Hard Top Painted, Black Painted Wing, Mopar Metal Bumber, Front Rear, Front and Rear Camera, 8 Mag Tire practically new, Ridiculous Offer not even the rental return price with a new Buyback with them.
If you change Dealer, be careful, they will charge you a Cancelation fee of $1000 + Landry / SCI even if you only have 1 month left in your contract when you look for a new purchase. Excessive fees from a dealer,
First and Last Vehicle with them, really disappointed that my seller left because probably I would have left with another vehicle from you, my experience that I had with your Seller Stéphane really disappointed me.

I have rarely been served with so much honesty. We had a problem with noise coming from the back of our Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, we thought it was the steering and that it would cost us our butts but no, we had just changed our tire and it was just loose bolts (it could have gone very badly but hey...) We are now on our third visit and this is definitely the garage I trust the most. Marie-Eve and Benjamin are extraordinary. THANKS

I went to carry out a car transfer last Friday at this location. I would like to clarify, I have never experienced such miserable and disrespectful customer service. From the outset, our appointment was scheduled for 3 p.m. only to have it pushed back to 4:10 p.m. because they had to serve other customers who were already there before us. Jonathan Primeau, the one in charge of my file, did what he could in the circumstances and his service was excellent. He was unhappy with the situation and did his best.
At the same time, I witnessed the cavalier manner in which the sales manager addressed the owner of the vehicle as well as my wife. The owner of the vehicle mentioned to the latter that it is common to make customers wait for more than an hour, and if there was a way to speed things up. The director responded in a condescending and cavalier manner; This is a service that we provide to you by referring to the transfer of the vehicle! Oupellaille! You're told that when you've been waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Wow!
While Jonathan Primeau managed several files, the sales director was sitting comfortably in the office, on the phone with two colleagues and talking about the rain and the good weather while the other struggled at the desk. other end. A picture worth a thousand words. Great team work.
Faced with astonishment at his response, I went to see him at his office after signing the papers so that he could explicitly explain to me how a sales director can have such a contemptuous attitude towards his customers. I even asked to see him aside so as not to speak to him in front of his colleagues out of respect. But the condescending tone he took didn't give me the choice to tell him his 4 truths.
I told him that my wife and I are new customers and that we were completely shocked by his attitude. He answered me curtly; It’s a favor we’re doing you! I told him that when I return the Jeep in 3 years, I have no desire to renew with your dealership considering your contemptuous attitude, in this case, you! He answers me in the most beautiful way by telling me; It doesn’t matter, we are the best dealer in Canada! A true champion! By saying, I don't care about you, we have no shortage of customers! I am disgusted by his attitude. He seems to have a big lead in this company and an attitude that undermines him. Taking people for granted when it comes to customer service is the worst behavior to have.
This is not to criticize the dealership and the employees who work there, but rather this sales manager who in no way deserves to have these positions. I would like to have the chance to speak with his superior in all respect. We have 1,500 employees and our employees, regardless of their functions, will never address customers in this way. I do not claim to have visited several dealerships but a few in recent years and I have never seen similar behavior.

I came to your dealership 15 minutes early for my appointment, a lease transfer. When I arrived, I was informed that there was a delay of around 30-40 minutes. They apologize and advise me to go to a cafe nearby while waiting for them to call me when it is ready.
An hour later, having received no call, I returned to the dealership. I ask to speak to the person in charge, sales director Nicolas de Turris. I express my dissatisfaction to him and he tells me that it's a favor he's doing me (a favor that costs me $1,600) and that if I'm not happy, I can just leave. At this point I tell him well done for his excellent customer service and that you are going to lose a customer at the end of my tenancy. He replied: “I don’t care, because we are the largest dealership in Canada. »
In conclusion, I will let everyone know about your “excellent service”.

Disappointed vehicle 2019 pay $44,000 cash 1 year after pad before hs paint peeling maintains differential not done when it should have been done in relation to the mileage so for this price a bit disappointed not to have been able to find help
