Worst customer service.Seems like talking to unprofessionals.I lost 450$ at the ATM, because of some technical issues with the machine. I explained them the whole situation not once but 5 times to their representative, physically and on call. It took them over two months to come up with an answer, where in between I had to contact them multiple time to follow up with my request.Instead of refunding my money back they stole my money from the ATM.Don’t recommend it at all!

Worst bank ever, every two months they harass me, they ask me why you make transfers, what connection do you have with this person and several other very unpleasant, disturbing questions?

I have never had good service, whether at the counter or on the phone. They don't care about their customers. In addition there are almost no branches.

Terrible client service. Customer service representative will not allow me to close my account and transfer my funds to another institution. Need to launch formal complaint to get my money out of this bank.
