Iām all about supporting small businesses. But this is not acceptable and I hope that they can turn this around as I see I am not the only one complaining.
I went in for a car wash after I had travelled long distance with my car.
The wash was completed so quickly that a lot of unwashed areas were left.
All of the borders, the inside rim of the wheels still had a good amount of mud. The little insects were still stuck in the front. Dirt and stains that were clearly visible. I had to point it out and he cleaned it. When I got home I saw many more areasā¦
In all to say, I am aware that things happen sometimes and it wonāt be perfect but the least you can do is to provide a good service and make sure you take the time to do it. When I got there I was the only car and they were all sitting and relaxing. Itās not my job to tell you how to do a clean itās yours!
Itās the last time for me here and I donāt recommend this place unfortunately.
Also he wasnāt even aware of his own prices, the old men at the cash!

I was waiting my turn, and they were washing a new Denali right in front of me. They Rinced it off, and one of them got the wash mitt and started with the upper side of the bed, then proceeded to do the wheel well and the wheel. What happened next made me cringe. He continued to the top back of the truck with the same mitt . . I have done this job for 15 years in my 20's and that's something that's just not done. We had separate mitts, one for the body and one for wheel wells, rocker panels and wheels to make sure there was no rocks when washing the body. And the body mitts were thoroughly since after every car.
Backed up and left. There was no way I was letting them touch my relatively new paint job.
Your reply shows you care nothing about your customers. You are wrong about the mitts being separated at other places. 1000 or 10000 cars. You should do the job correctly. The fact that you had no complaints is not proof of a good job done, it only shows that people will not stand up to what's right and are afraid of confrontations. Stop disrespecting your customers and making excuses.

Sadly this was the last time I'd come get my car washed here. I spent 47$ to get an interior / exterior wash with armorall and wax. When I got home I realised my center console hadn't been touched. Then I noticed dirt on the back bench, lots of dirty spots on the exterior, dirty wheels and a LOT of towel residue on the inside of my windshield. I ended up spending an extra 30 minutes to finish the job well myself. I used to have really good service here but in the last couple years it's been steadily worsening. Maybe it's about who I'm falling on but I'm not willing to roll the dice again. I'll be going Chomedy Lave-Auto from now on.

Iāve been to this car wash over 10 times and always had a good experience with the staff. I always clean out my car myself before showing up. I make the effort to remove most of the mess out of respect for their work. Iāve never once complained about the extra $10 cleaning fee, and I always leave a good tip.
But today, one staff member made me feel completely disrespected.
When I arrived and up until the end, no other cars were there. I had just a few small things left in the third row that I missed, and before I could even grab them, he started washing the outside of my car and told me to stay inside and wait until they were done before getting out, since i didnāt exit my vehicle the second i got there. My daughters (1 and 2 years old) were with me and got scared from the noises of the hoses.
Then he told me they wouldnāt clean the third row. Thatās never been an issue before, my 2024 Sorento has easy-to-move seats, and itās always been cleaned properly in the past. Once i went inside, he asked me to leave my 2 and 1 year old daughters alone so he could show me the back seats and ask, āHow am I supposed to wash this?ā I couldnāt believe it. I told him, āIf youāre not cleaning the third row, then donāt charge me the $10.ā He said, āEven if there was no third row, Iād still charge you $10.ā
At that point, i started defending myseld and couldnāt hold the tears back. Getting my car cleaned is something small I do for myself. Iām a mom of three, we do horseback riding, and we park in dirt lotsāof course itās not perfect. But I take pride in keeping it as clean as I can and paying for help with the rest. Instead, I was made to feel like I was in the wrong for reacting to how I was treated. He talked over me, didnāt let me speak, and acted like I was crazy for being upset. And all of this happened in front of my daughters. I felt so humiliated.
Thankfully, the other staff were kind and understandingāthey always have been. They ended up not charging me, probably because my husband called the owner to defend me because he called me and i was crying. Iām not someone who normally leaves reviews, but I had to say something this time. Iāve stayed quiet before and let things go. But no mom should be made to feel like this when sheās just trying to do something small for herself.
I hope the owner addresses how I was treated, because Iāve been a loyal client and never expected to leave this place in tears.

A bunch of scammers. Extremely rude. I bought the highest package which included shampooing rugs and wax which cost 70$. They did the most half-assed horrible job inside and out, missing half the car. They could not care less about customers, overcharging them, and putting ZERO effort in their job. Never going back. Do not recommend at all..

Horrible service, they charged 31 dollars FYI cash only, and tires werenāt washed or scrubbed just water the car carpet still dirty. Basically it was a fast fast washed and vacuumed and done forget the drying omg had to tell them to dry the backā¦ you are so better off paying the 11.99 at the gas station then wasting you money at this place !
