Fast service, nice people. I give only 4 stars just because every time i go they don't take enough time to let the old oil drain completely. Fix this problem and i will give one more star. :)

Absolutely unacceptable service. I went in for a simple oil change, and an incompetent employee poured windshield washer fluid into my engine coolant reservoir. A rookie mistake that could have destroyed my water pump and cost me hundreds of dollars in repairs.
When you don't know anything about mechanics, you don't touch customers' cars.
This kind of negligence is dangerous, inexcusable and completely irresponsible.
I had to remove the contaminated liquid myself to avoid damage. If I hadn't realized this quickly, I could have had a major breakdown down the road. It is simply scandalous to entrust vehicles to such unqualified people.
To flee. It's not a garage, it's a mechanical hazard.

Unprofessional workers no manager on site to make quality control Changing oil without Oring seal for oil filter and brass washer for oil drain bolt, the worst part is they say you need air filter they just changed 6700km ago, now telling me you need new one air filter again, air filter made for 20000km, I'll never go there again rip off, plus they don't drain old oil enough that's why fast he waste more time on air filter to sell me than draining used oil properly since I refuse to buy air filter because was new worker didn't even check anything else noting , I'll go to dealership get good service with all original parts and Profesional qualified technicians

Ive been going to laval one for many years ,they changed the mame. Since then the employee are unprofessionnal ,rude and no respect towards women. The prices has increased but when i look in the reviews seems to be they charge what ever they feels like. I was charged 90 when others 115 or higher. I guess i was lucky!!!I m done .

Same price at the dealer, they « forgot » to put all screws to the mud shield, under the engine + the shield cracked. What oil they use ? I don’t know and I don’t care anymore. The filter is the cheapest. The hose from crankcase return cracked ( at least tell me so I could change it), perhaps during air filter replacement. A car at 60000 km ? In fact is my fault to leave those amateurs touching it. Never again.
Réponse pour Natalie, vous n’étiez pas las pour déclarer noir sur blanc que le travail a été fait correctement. C’est un seul mec dans la fosse, et personne ne sait ce qu’il a fait , apart de lui.

I changed my oil there, they charge the same price as the Mazda dealers (115$). They also tried to upsell premium 10K km oil for 120$ + tax, which is more expensive than the dealerships.
Next time I will simply do the oil change at the dealership if they are charging dealership prices, as I do not have to question myself on the whole process. The website also mentions a lower price, but upon arriving there they say my car requires more expensive oil.
My engine filter was not even a year old and he said it was dirty and needed replacing, I told him to put it right back.
Dealership prices and upsells = I will be changing my oil at the dealership next time.
To answer to the reply by the owner to this review, I am indeed reviewing le changeur d’huile on cure Labelle, and I was there 2 months ago. Oui c’est le bon établissement.

Service is terrible, employee was extremely rude and sarcastic. Every time I call they give a different price for the oil change.

Pay attention to their false promotions...after my oil change I told them that I had a $10 discount...but they didn't give it to me under the pretext that they had to tell them when I arrived and not after the oil change is done.....although I don't see ANY difference...and IF they give you the discount well they will try to find things to do like replace the air filter simply to go up your bill...as if it wasn't already expensive enough disappointed...As for the service, it was still slow and unprofessional....$115 and the check of my prestone as well as my windshield washer and the pressure of my tires were not done....you just lost a customer...at the time I had no problem with them...but since then the customer service has changed a lot and not for the positive....

Poor service, charged for liquids, no sticker on window, charged for filter, paid 115$ for oil change,Too much extra, you never know if they really changed your oil or what kind of oil they put. First and last time

Having the lock slammed in your face by the staff without a word. It's fine. Open or not there are manners and looking the person in the eyes while closing the lock is deliberately vulgar. I don't mix with those kinds of people. My money will go elsewhere.
