As a resident of this building I am slightly satisfied with the services but if you want to have good services I strongly advise you to go see (ADAM) he will ensure that the resident is satisfied, he is always available in reception and even on the phone.

The places are clean, but the security leaves something to be desired! The staff is ok
The annual updates are coming quickly! Nw don't miss your payments it takes you to class after three weeks of unpaid rent! But it’s on the water’s edge and that doesn’t come cheap!
