So I am giving 5 STARS BECAUSE OF PURE COMEDY. I called to book an appointment for service twice ( Rescheduling on my end ) for oil change ( my car sais I need an oil change )and inspection, and the wonderful woman said because it was not more in a 6 month period since my last visit , she is booking me for a Service 1 , which is just an inspection……. But I need an oil change mam ….. Nono. You need just service 1 . 🤣🤣🤣
Called back to reschedule….. convinced her to take my money for a Service 2 , but this time , she said we don’t have a car to lend you and you can’t stay and wait , we have to drive you somewhere to wait . I live the in south shore …….
What ? What do you mean I can’t wait for my car ? 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I get it , she’s following the “System” , poor lady is doing her best …. But commeee onnnnnn
Anyway , Love the car , love the dealership , poor lady has to follow the system that just gave me a comedy skit . Happy Holidays 🙌🏼

I had an excellent experience at Lexus Laval. My sales consultant, Bassel Sbaiti, was fantastic — he handled the purchase and preparation of my used car quickly and professionally, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Later on, when the set of winter tires that came with the car was accidentally misplaced, manager Natalia Rotaru stepped in. She resolved the issue incredibly fast: the tires were found right away and delivered directly to my address in Ottawa.
Overall, outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend Lexus Laval, Bassel, and Natalia for their professionalism and customer-focused approach!

Not the best in service, I was scammed by them. They put one damaged tire in the bag for me. John Lopez need to reconsider his responsibilities.

Hello everyone,
I visited Lexus Laval today to purchase a Lexus NX 2020 and arrived at 10 a.m. My sales consultant, Mr. Cédric, welcomed me warmly and professionally. After several hours discussing the terms, I signed the paperwork. Later, after consulting with my spouse, we decided to go with a brand-new Lexus NX 2026 instead. Impressively, Mr. Cédric remained just as friendly and patient—he re-explained everything from the beginning, showed me the vehicle again, and stayed with me through every step, always with a smile (and even checked on me with coffee and chocolates!).
I’ve lived in Quebec since 2018 and, as a driving instructor, I’m familiar with many dealerships across the province (and beyond). Honestly, I rarely encounter service this professional and pleasant—from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. it was outstanding. After months of searching, I finally found the car I wanted—a gift for my spouse—at this dealership.
I highly recommend this place; the team is first-class.
My sincere thanks also specially to Mr. Bader in Finance team.he did a great job for me!
And Even they deserve even more than 10 stars✌️❤️

Just bought my car from Christopher and I couldn’t be happier! On top of being a great salesman he’s also a mechanic, so you’re dealing with someone who really knows cars inside and out. He made the whole process super easy, and gave me nothing but honest advice. You can tell he really cares and wants what’s best for you. Today called for oil change service
service appointment saying:
we do not give only oil change service
you should take maintenance with oil change too.
not acceptable!
and she said our general service manager doesn’t accept! even we ready to pay for service you don’t accept?!
means they pushing you to do extra service! that’s not nice at all.
i called 5 times (general manager in service department) put massage and … can’t reach!
surprising us completely, and not a first time i hear that.
