Very bad experience. I bought a pair of boots that the seller told me they were real Olang leather high quality winter boots, but at home, i realized that they look like Olang winter boots, but they are Navatex boots and they are not in real leather. No refund possible. I feel so stupid. I should not have trust the seller; my bad. Beware if you buy there; take your time; check twice. I understand why the seller suggested me to take the boots in just a plastic bags without their original box…

I have bought a pair of boot as a gift , but the person did not like it.Next day I am going back asking for a return, they won't reimburse me but only a credit.There's nowhere any sign saying they will not give back the money.When I am pointing out the fact that I should had been informed about their politics, I have been told that I should had asked them. Stay away from the store , worst customer service , they are not in the shoes business but in the rip off the clients business.

RIP OFF! A business that does NOT value their customers needs and values their own pockets. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Lotti and I feel the need to share my disheartening encounter. MOST stores offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase. When I called to express my concern, I was met with an unhelpful and arrogant attitude. Keep in mind, the amount spent on the article was not a small one. The gentleman seemed disinterested of finding a solution and informed me that the ONLY store that offered refunds in 2023 is WALMART. Please inform your staff instead of spreading false information. I strongly advise and caution anyone considering making a purchase from Lotti, please look at the previous reviews as references!

Dishonest and lying owner. I bought shoes as a gift for a family member. The owner quickly takes me to the checkout. Less than two minutes later I realized that it was the wrong size. I didn't even leave the store, so I asked for a change. And since there was not the requested size, I wanted to be refunded. He refuses and offers me a change which will take place the next day. The gentleman pretends to place the order on his computer. The next day I come back as agreed, and I discover the presence of a saleswoman in her place. She checks the system and confirms the non-existence of any order under any name. I will spare you the details of my calls afterwards and the delivery man who is not doing his job... two weeks later he is still asking me to wait. How can such a thief continue to scam consumers?

I needed navy leather shoes for work, they have lots of different choices! The saleswoman and the owner took the time to let me try on a few pairs. I recommend!
