BUYER BEWARE… we have had the most awful experience in dealing with the 360 Auteuil location. I spent over $5,000 in this shop this year alone … customer lost for life. Arrogant and condensing service team, lack of transparency… I don’t trust the work completed. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life.

⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 stars Why 3 stars?
My experience with Mechanic 360 was a mixed bag. On the positive side, their customer service was commendable. The receptionist was courteous and efficient, managing to squeeze me in for a next-day appointment despite my last-minute call.
However, the main issue arose from a communication breakdown regarding my vehicle. I own a Toyota GR86 that's been lowered to about 3 inches of ground clearance due to coilover installation. I specifically mentioned this during my initial phone call, expressing concern about whether their lifts could accommodate my car.
The receptionist assured me it wouldn't be a problem, which unfortunately turned out to be inaccurate. Upon arriving early for my appointment, I was immediately informed by the mechanic that my car was too low for their lifts. This situation could have been avoided with better internal communication or more accurate knowledge of their equipment limitations.
While the staff remained polite and the interactions were smooth throughout, the fact remains that I wasted a trip and valuable time. This is particularly unfortunate as I had attempted to prevent this very scenario by voicing my concerns beforehand.
In conclusion, while Mechanic 360 excels in customer service, the receptionist fell short in accurately assessing their capability to service lowered vehicles. For owners of modified cars with reduced ground clearance, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for services requiring vehicle lifts.
All-in-all I have no hate towards mechanique 360, and providing a honest review and a heads up to my fellow car enthusiasts.

The good: very courteous. Good mechanic. The bad: money grabbing. Overcharging on time. Tierod replaced in 45min, charged 1.1 hrs. They say rear brakes finished, pads 3/4 inch thick and no lip on rotors. Waited an hour from appointment time. Alignment half done, rear can't be done must change all bolts and arms, quoted $900. But charged for 4 wheel alignment. Got it done at another (honest) garage today for $425 including parts. They confirmed rear brakes are ok. Now I have to pay again for an alignment once I find another garage with an alignment rack. Again, very nice, robbery with a smile.

It must feel pretty ridiculous changing the great name “monsieur muffler” to this new boring name because some communists complained about it.

I chose this garage based on the reviews and I was not satisfied with my experience.
Context: Following a technical check, I have to change the direction ball joints (Outer tie). I'm calling to get a price and an appointment. I am told about $360 with parallelism, 1h30 to do everything. I ask if he has the parts in stock, and tell me not to worry.
My plan was simple: get a transit voucher from the SAAQ, make the repairs and go straight for the counter visit. I had rested my afternoon.
The day of my appointment: they understood that there was only 1 outer tie to change, that it would be around $500 and that they did not have the parts in stock. Finally I got my car back too late. I lost a transit and an afternoon.
Then the guy at reception, you try to explain to him, he answers you VERY politely without really trying to understand and WITHOUT looking you in the eyes.
At the price level now:
labor: it's okay.
Parts: $110 1 outer tie Moog!
On the internet I found it for 50 dollars new (but it's on the internet, I don't know the price from their supplier). However, you can get quality outer ties for $60 for both. So competitive prices... not for me.
Finally, the repair is done. The mechanical check passed well. But it left me with a bitter taste.

Never again! Worst customer service ever experienced. The employee at the front desk was rude and condescending. Do not recommend this place.

Courteous and fast service. I had a problem following my tire changes and they quickly gave me an appointment to correct the situation, free of charge. I recommend.

4.5 out of 5They offer good service and Julien is very polite. They say they use Mobil 3000 D1 oil, which is a very good oil.I paid extra to have a protective plate removed under the vehicle (Volkswagen) which is a bit expensive to change the oil. They inspected the vehicle, but told me nothing, neither the general condition, nor the condition of the brakes, so I concluded that there was nothing to say about the vehicle?Generally speaking, I am satisfied with the service I received and I will definitely return to do my interviews there, because I have confidence in their work.

They have helped us several times with their advice, without it bringing them anything, rather than taking advantage of it to make money off our backs.
