Rude and disrespectful staff, they should have a training on how to treat customers. We just had an incident at the store… a bunch of frames fell on my husband head, and Nadine instead asking us if we were fine and not hurt… she was mocking us and ordered us to put back the frames where they belong in a very rude way while I was checking if my husband head was ok… I asked for the supervisor or manager and there was none, the employees seemed to not care at all….
Very poor service. I want to be contacted by the manager ASAP as we are very disappointed and upset with all the staff.

Great store for party items at a lower price than the party stores! I was very pleased with the selection and price of the items. If you have birthdays or events to plan for, you can do it at a reasonable price at Magi-Prix Laval. Enjoy!

Disgusting store. We bought a balloon for a birthday that popped within an hour. We came to change it, but they refused. Arrogant sellers. I do not recommend it.

Large space offering an imposing choice of items. A little bit of everything at a very reasonable price. It vaguely reminds me of a huge Dollarama which also offers products for more than 5 dollars. On two occasions I had minor run-ins with the cashiers (including one memorable time when I was charged almost $10 more than the actual amount!), so I would suggest keeping a close eye on them. Otherwise, many great discoveries and an overall pleasant experience during each of my visits.
