I went into the store to try on rings. The lady seemed super annoyed and was too quick. Gave me the ring I asked for and didn’t say a word about materials, size, price. When I asked if that’s all she had in that shape she says “yes” but there were 4 more right next to it. She wasn’t too inviting into me trying on the rings and rushed the experience. Ruined the experience for me and I’ll be getting my ring ELSEWHERE.

Over and over I kept looking at a particular watch in the Longines Master Collection, months went by I just wasn't ready. A few weeks ago I met Vivienne and she said when I was ready would know. She answered my questions and patiently showed me the watch a couple more times. Today, I realized I just didn't want that watch, but I was looking for THE watch. She suggested a Tudor Royal with salmon dial, I purchased without hesitation. She is supportive and caring and during a busy day, made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Decent selection of high-end jewelry. Few models to compare to the Montreal and Toronto store. To purchase a beautiful piece, the detour to Montreal is worth it. Customer and after-sales service should be seriously improved at the Laval store.
