Not serious butcher, I made an order for al 3ide al kebir, they had to prepare it for Friday evening or Saturday morning (the day before al 3ide), no call no news, no one answers the phone, when I I succeeded, the guy who takes care of the orders told me straight away no Boston meat, and informed me that no more meat even though it was an order that they accepted a week earlier
really saddening at no time do they inform the customer that they are not able to take the order, no customer service, like we don't have any meat, manage yourself, the day before the party too
Shame on them who take orders for al 3ide and don't care about people
never again this Butchery, hasbouna allah wa ni3ma al wakil
the worst is that other people I know (friends) placed orders after me or even no orders and they got them all
When a friend of theirs comes apparently your order jumps to the detriment of knowledge, Yakhadmou bel wajouh
Shame on you butcher al amine, plus you do this to families on the day of arafat, the last 10 days of al hija and the day before al 3ide

hmdlh in emergency I went to butchery al kheir at samy and fruit and they were friendly, Service, and quality meat available (Boston or whatever you want) they saved our 3rd
I wouldn't be the only one to desert your butcher shop, believe me, you should get your act together and respect your commitments

A very warm and clean grocery store. The products are delicious. It's worth paying a little more for quality. However, sometimes an employee gives us a price and when we get to the cash register we pay a completely different price. Also, the butcher section does not contain prices like other grocery stores. According to the law, merchants must respect the rules regarding the display and labeling of prices by displaying the sale price of all the products they offer to us (either individually or with a scan that we can use). They must also respect the rules regarding price accuracy. They therefore cannot sell their products at prices higher than the prices they announced or displayed. The law also requires them to compensate their customers in the event of a pricing error. So come to an agreement.
