Pas très impressionné par ce magasin au départ. En plus les autres avis sur les Arrestations criardes m’incitent à ne plus jamais y retourner car pour moi elles sont le symptôme d’un manque de professionnalisme général et d’une culture d’entreprise dans ce magasin ou ailleurs! Amateurs et j’aurai horreur de faire affaire avec des amateurs!

I can't believe you force your customers to lug around a shopping cart when they use a reusable bag. My friend received pitiful treatment by your employees because she used her EMPTY REUSABLE bag instead of a super big basket. They yelled at her and even threw what she wanted to buy on the ground. And what's more, you hire security guards who don't even speak French. So my friend got yelled at in English because she was using a reusable bag for her errands. They also told him to never come back to the establishment. A complaint was made but they said it was protocol to intimidate, throw things on the ground and yell at their client. Don't go encouraging this place. Clearly racist owner and employee.

Went shopping on aug 25th,
I was literally minding my own business, picking up some undies and put them in my shopping bag. Went to the changing room since i had 4 joggings to try on. The security guard followed me and accused me of stealing. He threw my stuff on the floor, screaming like an animal and didnt let me speak or defend myself, since i was not going to steal 40$ worth of underwear lol. He also didnt bother to speak to me in french even tho I tried speaking in french with him.
He escorted me at the door and kept screaming and telling me that I am a thief lol. What a crazy guy. He humiliated me for NO reason. This poor guy probably has some inferiority complex. 😅 also there was another women with him that was just standing there and looking at me like they CAUGHT a criminal. They really thought 😂 I filled a complaint to TJX.
They called me and did nothing. Apparently it was handled by company protocol, to humiliate people like that.
Also note that if i really wanted to steal 40$ worth of undies, i wouldn’t be at marshall and winners every week, i wouldnt have called the police and I wouldn’t have filled a complaint. This was handled POORLY and UNFAIRLY
