My wife went today she saw a blouse displayed with 40% off the manager told her that it was an oversight and he never wanted to let her at the displayed price and even told her to make sure you never want I'll let you have it at the displayed price..

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of consideration towards your loyal customers regarding the move of your Rockland Center store. No note, no communication to inform us of this change. This is disrespectful and obnoxious.
As a regular customer, I recently ordered an item from another of your stores and asked for it to be sent to the Auckland Centre. I was told that this was not possible. For what ? Probably because you knew this store was going to close or move. Yet, no transparency with your customers.
We trust your brand, but this kind of attitude makes us question that relationship. A minimum of respect would have been to warn us in advance.
Frankly, Massimo Dutti, it's a shame.

Impolite sales people. Horrible customer service. Do not respond to phone calls. No greeting when you enter the store. Hey, I'm no princess here but for God sake, be professional when you have someone willing to spend dollars at your store because of the quality of its clothes!

I’m so disappointed in Massimo Dutti service. It’s already a third time I’m trying to return something by mail with Massimo Dutti and it’s already a third time I have to call and ask for my refund. It’s crazy that nothing is done till you call.
I’m giving 1 star to this store, because here they receive your returns and “process” them. You at least would think… EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to call and ask for my refund. It’s crazy! I don’t know who is working there, but you should do better.
Plus on website it’s stated that refund will be processed in 14 days! Not 14 business days, not working days! Just 14 days! But today customer service tried to argue with me that that it means 14 business days. Please fix your return policy on website then.

Really got great customer service, I had to ask for help in the store with over 2 employees around me and not even saying hi when I entered or asked if I needed any help.

Stylish clothes BUT bad experience for me though. Request a pant leg on April 17, 2024 and was told it would be ready on April 24. I go there on April 26 and I learn that my pants haven't even been sent! No excuses and I am asked to come back on May 1st. I called on May 8 to make sure the edges were done correctly. And yes finally. If at least we apologized... If only we took care of you while two employees are chatting about their evening yesterday!

What a disappointment that we bought many items, and got to the cash register where two employees simply ignored us and made us wait there alone. I had to ask if the cash register was open so the sales lady dares look at us and only after another while she made us pay. No care for the clients even when we are alone as customers with two employees talking among themselves.

I wore this jacket just once, it was not even a rain, it was drizzle... not only the color changed, it stained my shirt either... I went back to the store and the store manager said: you should have known not to wear it in a rainy day!

My first experience was great at Massimo Dutti in Carrefour Laval.The staff were very welcoming, cheerful and helpful.I enjoyed my visit and left with a nice jacket. The staff were very careful to make sure that I had the right sizes in all of the items that I tried on.Thank you.Elizabeth

Today I visited Massimo Dutti carrefour Laval , I used to buy a lot from this store before . But unfortunately they’re no more service , when you ask a question to the saleswomen who was serving you feel like if you are bothering her and I was afraid to ask another question. So I was willing to buy some cloth , but I left without buying anything. I worked all my life in customer service , but unfortunately in this store customer service is a big Zero ….
