I normally come here. The selection and variety is good. It's more affordable than other places. However, you have to pay attention since the food may not be as fresh as you want.

Worst Maxi experience ever. I ordered an item that was on special and went to pick it up today, only to be told the special had ended. I then went to another Maxi, and they honored the special without any issue. This place is the worst!

If we disturb them when your crates BUG well, repeat your steps

Maxi is no longer what it was, it may be cheaper, but the freshness is not there. Just the bread, always on the verge of being outdated. Even at Dollarama the bread is fresher. That says a lot.

Seulement deux caissières un vendredi matin 9:00/9:30, il y avait 5 clients en attente de passer à chaque caisses. Ils ont installé plus de libre service pour inciter les gens à aller à cet endroit. Au prix qu'on paye l'épicerie je m'attend à avoir plus de caissière. Ça coupe de partout dans le service mais les prix augmentent sur chaque items.

It's a fraud, they displayed 5 liters of La Parisienne detergents for $6.88 supposedly on discount and in the gallon there are about 3 liters instead of 5 liters. The same thing is happening to me this morning too.. I encourage you all to file a complaint for maxi 8976 boul des Laurentides.

I had a bad experience this evening at the Maxi Vimont. Parisienne laundry detergents are priced at $6.88 for 5L. I took 2 gallons, when I got to the cash register I asked the cashier how much I am entitled to. She told me that we are entitled to 4 gallons per customer. She loaded me with 4 detergents and asked me to go get the other 2 afterwards. While I was getting ready to pick up the other 2 soaps, there was a customer at the checkout next door who was unhappy, she said she didn't have 5 liters of soap in the gallon as mentioned on the price tag. When I got there, I noticed that there were gallons that were half full and they did not all have the same weight when I took them. I asked to speak to the manager because there were other customers there who were unhappy with the situation. I was told that the manager has already left. So, I went back to the cash register with my invoice and asked for a refund. The cashier told me to go to the cash register ahead to get a refund. Arriving at the refund checkout the cashier called the supervisor and the latter told me that she contacted her manager Lyne, and unfortunately her manager does not authorize the refund on the grounds that she does not know if I had left the store or not. She told me to come back tomorrow am because her manager has to view the surveillance camera. The detergents remained at the store and I returned home. I will file a complaint with the consumer protection office on Monday Am. If there are other people who experienced the same thing as me this week please leave your comments. Please
