Questionable ethics and lack of respect and accountability. Went multiple times for the same issue (AC), spent $2000 last summer and went straight back because of remaining issues, David the mechanic told me at the end there might still be a leak but I’m covered for a year so I could come back if the leak persists. Now within a year Im back again to fix the leak. Pascal the owner did not speak with me, and left shortly after I arrived with the problem( 8am appointment). I was not consulted while the car was worked on, in the end I got a bill and it’s “a separate issue”and they can’t do anything about the bill because the owner is not there. Even suggested that I come back again to ask the owner about discount. I respect Simon the mechanic who did the work and did not want to make a scene. However over the 3 summer that I came here for my AC I felt dissatisfied and ripped off after each visit. Not to mention the secondary issues caused by the repair( infotainment system wiring or connection problem after the dash was removed, and a constant noise that they couldn’t figure out). I’m sick and tired going back time after time and missing work because of it.

The best mechanic (Pascal) is not a crossman, rather fair and honest and does not change everything for nothing and always asks the customer before changing an unforeseen event that happens during the repair.

I was desperate to get my vehicle repaired. They found me a time slot during the day. When removing the rear wheel for maintenance, they realized that my rear brakes were completely finished. They showed me the condition of the brakes and let me make the decision, and they did the extra work. Truly, a golden service. I will definitely go back if I have other mechanical problems! Thanks to the whole team!

The best mechanics shop in Laval and Montreal, and even in Canada. I did a lot of these before finding this one.The team is incredible. Efficient, attentive and really very reasonable prices. They work miracles, honestly. I found them under someone's reference 5 years ago.Now I bring all my cars to them, and they always do wonders with them. I drive 1 hour or more from where I live, every time, just to go to their house.
