Had a wonderful experience with the Laval store. Found a pen i had been looking dor on their website. I emailed the store and interacted with Mahfoud and finalised the transaction and had the pen shipped. Highly recommend the store because of their service.

Originally my review was about not having the greatest service with a product that was purchased. I got in contact with the manager and was very acknowledging and respectful. I am extremely satisfied and very surprised by how fast we got service and be able to fix the issues we were having. Thank you Mont Blanc and to Leroy and Mahfoud, excellent service.

I don't really know the number of stars, but certainly not 5, today I went there and I wanted to go in to buy a gift certificate... it was 5:50 p.m.... the gentleman had already crossed out the door and squeezed things, I knocked, but nothing to do, he signals to me that it is closed, I show him my wrist. It closes at 6:00 p.m.... not even able to kindly come and talk to me.. customer service really worth seeing again at this company.
