The warranty was over $2k and repairs went over $4k. The car keeps breaking. I do not know what to do. I brought it directly to their Laval repair garage and it is still breaking down. After several back and forth, what needed to be repaired was finally done. They respected the pieces repaired under warranty at no extra costs.

Warm welcome, good service, coffee, tea and chocolate available, professional employees. The person who received me was extraordinarily kind!!! I don't remember his name unfortunately. Finally, the problem with my car is resolved after walking to several places without success. There, they managed to find the noise the car made when I braked???. Don't hesitate to go there. ??

I was sent to a first Garage to do an inspection of my transmission as well as another minor problem, I paid $200 there, they told me to call Garentie Nationale to refer me to another transmission garage, so I was in a second garage. They gave me the same diagnosis and ended up having to pay another $230. Why make me pay twice in two different garages when I already had the first diagnosis. Well, I don't recommend it. And still today it is not settled

Very bad experience with this company. To give you some context, I purchased a used vehicle that had an extended warranty with National Guarantee and I was refused the warranty transfer since when I made the transfer request, it had been more than 7 days since I had purchased the vehicle. In fact, the lady who owned the vehicle before me had purchased the vehicle from a car dealership and had at that time taken out a 5-year extended warranty on the vehicle amounting to $5,000. 2 years later, the lady then sold me the vehicle, which therefore had to be guaranteed until July 28, 2025, which obviously added value to the vehicle. When purchasing, I read the small information pamphlet provided by Garantie nationale, on which the advantages of the guarantee are indicated, and where it is written in large letters “Transferable guarantee”. However, when I wanted to transfer the vehicle into my name, I was refused and completely canceled the warranty, because I had exceeded the “deadline of 7 days following the purchase of the vehicle” for the transfer of warranty. Not only is this point written in small letters and barely visible on the contract, but it is NOT found anywhere on the warranty information pamphlet, a pamphlet on which the possibility of transfer of the warranty is nevertheless touted! This guarantee is therefore in bad faith for me and I hope that many people will read me before purchasing it.

My engine blew, they refused to pay saying it was my fault. a moron by the name of Bogdan tried serving me a real joke !!!!! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT buy insurance from this company !!!!! You will get screwed !!!!!!

I paid $3,500 for an A to Z warranty on my vehicle. On the phone they tell you that the part is covered by the warranty (exhaust) and that there would be a deductible of $75. When it's time to pay, they finally tell you that in the contract the only part guaranteed in the exhaust is the manifold. So you book an appointment at a garage that they refer you to, you pay for inspection, telling yourself that the part will be replaced at the expense of the warranty and finally they no longer pay. I have had several problems like this where he refers you to other companies to get rid of the work and then he lets you settle with the invoice saying it was not covered. Also, another time, they don't want to replace your driver's bench because it's considered bodywork for them. (a bench is not bodywork sheet metal). Another time they made me change garages 3 times for a caliper job. He didn't want to pay at the garage of my choice. I had to pay for a towing that cost me $280 to bring it to their garage and they never wanted to reimburse me.
All to say that do not do business with this company, they find 1001 reasons not to pay for repairs. This company only works with ifs (if it's replaceable, if it's repairable, if it's that, etc.) they do everything to avoid paying bills but when the time comes to take money from a new customer and brag about their company, they are strong. I should have checked the bad reviews online before doing business with them.

Car at the dealer for 3 days, invoice request sent invoice for the last 4 oil changes and oops strangely the lady who takes care of our files is not there to manage the file to start there repair = family no car for on weekends with young children, no courtesy car!
I will never do business with a national guarantee! Paying a crazy price and first request for repairs and that's stupid
