My recent experience with Noize regarding a coat purchased in November 2021 has been deeply disappointing. Despite wearing it sparingly over two winters, the coat has displayed significant quality issues. After reaching out to Noize this past July to address these concerns, I've been met with inadequate responses and unfulfilled promises. Despite citing Quebec's consumer protection laws and providing evidence of the defects, Noize has failed to acknowledge their legal obligations. Their customer service team's generic, automated responses have only added to the frustration. The lack of meaningful dialogue and the dismissive nature of their communication are unacceptable. The product's craftsmanship falls far below acceptable standards, and Noize's inability to provide a satisfactory resolution is concerning. I urge Noize to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a swift and appropriate solution, either in the form of a full refund or a replacement coat. Until then, I cannot recommend Noize to others, and I will continue to seek a fair resolution to this matter.

Good experience. The reviews made me skeptical, but I placed an order for a parka and received it very quickly. The black vic coat is very beautiful.

Nuuuuul from no one pay attention ‼️ if you place an order online they don't send it they don't take responsibility for their fault I placed an express order from January 11th it's the 21st and I haven't received my order yet and when I speak with the after-sales service either they don't respond or they don't take responsibility#an investigation will be opened for this#shame I thought you were a great company

This is the worst experience in my life that I have had with such customer service!pay attention to your delivery if ever an accident happens it is you who is held responsible and you pay for something that you did not have so pay for more expensive delivery and require a signature upon receipt that is my advice otherwise your package will be thrown anywhere and how and it will be easily taken by people... the worst part is the contact with customer service, delays and hellish waiting to respond after weeks ''Mr we can't do anything do for you'' and all that without respect and with a tone... pffff it was my initial mistake to order online with these...

Terrible quality, even worse customer service. I received a defective jacket, and their response was "you can exchange it if you want", which would require me to go find a printer, print a label, package the item, and then bring it back to a post office. I do not have time for this- thats why I ordered online! What a total waste of time and money ordering from this brand and communicating with their useless customer service representative. Don't buy from here.

Me and my sister were just there and got two jackets and the two girls working there were honestly the best. They were so kind and funny. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Very bad quality. Cheaply made! Do not buy. Pure greenwashing. A product is not sustainable if it breaks after a year of use (and not even since winter only lasts a few months).

This mall is really nice, a lot of selections from mid to high end. Really put together well and easy to walk. Food court is incredible, so many nice choices and tastes from all over. Unlike malls in America this mall was slammed on a Tuesday of all days. Parking stinks, seems like every space is made for a compact vehicles, and of course it's Quebec and the language police must be out and about because the signage is in French. Seems to rotate every couple of years on whoever is in political power. Should be bilingual because Canada is bilingual. As for pricing, a deli sandwich, poutine and soda at me back $28 even though it's Canadian that's still outrageous. As for the stores you're never really getting a deal because it's always overpriced here and you get hit with double the taxes. Love visiting here but I'll never understand how people live here being as expensive as it is. Beautiful country though!

If you're a fan of big shopping malls, then you'll be at home at Carrefour Laval. It's one of the largest malls in Quebec and feels positively ginormous thanks to a sprawling, single-level footprint, giving you the sense that there's lot to explore here.Which there is. If you need some retail therapy, you can find just about every big-chain store that you can think of, whether Apple, Uniqlo, H&M, Sephora, or even Lindt chocolates. Hudson's Bay is a department store anchor, and there's a huge food court too. The sense of discovery is heightened as you peruse the corridors and find large seasonal displays that are family- and Instagram-friendly.As with any major shopping mall, there's plenty of parking all around it. It's conveniently located off an autoroute exit and there's a major STL bus station directly across the street.

Company that describes itself as ecological and sustainable but whose poor quality items do not pass the test after only a few uses! How to be ecological if we have to throw everything away and buy again and send this plastic to the landfill....This company is the very definition of pollution.The customer service is like the rest...poor and deficient on all counts.

I enjoy coming here with my family every time I visit. The entire building has so much shops and restaurants that the whole place is fun to just take a nice long stroll. Its food court is one of the best I've ever seen.
