HORRIBLE SERVICE - NOT ON TIME AT ALL. SHOWED UP 1.5HRS LATE AND HAD NO EQUIPMENT BESIDES STRAPS TO MOVE ALL OUR FURNITURE. THEY WERE PREVIOUSLY INFORMED DURING THE ASSESSMENT CALL WHAT NEEDED TO MOVE. I THEN CALLED THE OWNER HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE MY LOCATION AND BUY THE EQUIPMENT FOR THEIR MOVERS. I WAS NOT ABLE TO LEAVE THE LOCATION. GUY ON PHONE MADE SOME FURTHER COMMENTS THAT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & INSENSITIVE AND HAD HIS MOVERS WALK OFF THE JOB. HAPPY TO NOT HAVE USED THEIR SERVICE IN THE END. NEVER AGAIN.

I had read to the reviews prior to booking and they lived up to it! I couldn't believe how fast and professional they are. I've had horrible experiences with movers but these guys are AMAZING! They were on time, they moved everything quickly with care, and they were both incredibly nice. I'll never call anyone else!!! I was so impressed.

Great and friendly service. Moved me from Montreal to Toronto fast and efficiently. I was stressed about my move but they put me at ease the whole time and reassured me it would be smooth; and it was.Their quote was accurate with no hidden fees.I would recommend On Time Movers to anyone who wants to experience a friendly stress free move!
