Beware of these scammers. I bought sweaters from their site as Christmas gifts for my kids, and none fit. The Essentials brand is a nightmare to evaluate for greatness. When I went to the store for an exchange, I discovered their return “policy”: no refunds, no exchanges, neither in store nor online. They redirected me to a Gmail address for support. Seriously ?
The salespeople in the store don't care, and the support sends you a unilingual English email praising their “exclusive” products, which they obviously consider so exceptional that they allow themselves this policy of total contempt towards their customers. Basically: “buy and deal with it”. If you were counting on customer service worthy of the name, move on. You are just a wallet to them.

Update after getting a reply from the store:
Although your products are interesting, they are not all exclusives. The shoes I got from your store are sold in other shops with the option of getting a refund or exchange the item. I chose your store because you had my size and offered in-store delivery. Therefore I strongly suggest you find some other narrative, because it is not accurate and make your customer as if we don’t know any better.
My experience was pretty good with the shop. The sales assistant was very friendly and easy on the eye. However after reading the reviews and noticing that all sales are final, i.e. no refund or exchange, I have to give four stars instead of five. Although it is mentioned in their shop and probably on their website, it seems a bit rigid to not at least offer the possibility to exchange the item should it not fit. This is, to me, the bare minimum in terms of after-sale service. Had I known before placing the order, I would’ve thought about it twice before buying. I would probably buy again from them, but would go in person or try the item somewhere before buying it since there is no turning back. I feel this shop might not last very long given the rigid return policy and the price point of their items. If you really cared about your customer’s satisfaction, your employees well-being (because they probably have to deal with angry clients) and keeping a good reputation without losing sales, you would offer an exchange in size or in-store credit. It’s a win-win situation.

Bad experience, purchase of shoes as a gift for my wife, not possible to exchange for a smaller size, even after a few email exchanges with the head office. If you want 5 stars, you know how to reach me.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. My husband gave me shoes as a gift, and on the seller's advice, he chose size 9 (I wear 8.5-9 and the seller said the shoes were made small). Unfortunately, this size was too big for me.
Two days later, I went to the store to simply EXCHANGE for a size 8.5, but was turned away due to their rigid exchange policy. I find this unacceptable, especially for a mere half size. Sometimes it is possible to use common sense and make exceptions, even within strict policies. We understand that I was simply asking to exchange for a smaller size.
I really can't recommend this store. Their lack of flexibility and consideration for customers is disappointing.

After a call to check that the desired product, the right size, is in stock, first visit to this business.
Great welcome, the person who received me remembered my call, and went to get what I wanted directly, without me even having to ask anything.
Regarding the comments talking about final sale, it's written on the counter... Stop complaining :)
I recommend (and yes, the "old-fashioned" pairs are more expensive than the new ones from the current collection, it's called a choice => stop complaining again ;))
