Bought an enclosure for ssd, I had asked a staff for which one would work for my ssd even showed the ssd I had so I bought it, surprisingly wasn’t for my ssd once I tried it. Returned it 17 days later everything is well packed can go back on the shelf since it was never used and manager said no return cause their return policy is 15 days (standard return policies are 30days in Quebec) not only did I get recommended the wrong product I can’t even return it!

Multiple times, technicians proved that they were highly untrained and unprofessional in their field. The Asian women loves to play people d**** 4 times I came to fix stuff, they always overcharge by not doing anything professionally, and somehow always leave with my device in worse condition, avoid this one at all cost. You can’t tell a computer science that they don’t know their pcs specifically when their technicians tell you that mixing ram is okay lmao. Go to the ones that are in Montréal. Only go there if you need a quick cable or know exactly what you need, don’t ask for advice and most certainly don’t get your devices fixed there LOL

Walked in with a brand new pc I had built some place else and had some questions regarding what was done and the guys at Canada computers took the time to look it over and guide me for my next steps...rarely seen patient and helpful service like that at a store ..definitely my new pc shop for my future needs

Canada computers has always had the best customer service of any computer store in my area. Yvon and Julien gave me so much info and provided me with the best services and stuff for my needs. Thanks Julien you rock!!!! Saved me from buying useless stuff.

Went to service a computer. Recommended! Stock wise-they don't have everything, but compare their prices to others, including Amazon. Many times they'll come in top.

Utter lack of customer service. No greeting and when we finally asked for assistance the attendants respond as if we were disturbing them. This is a problem inherent in many stores in this area : a complete lack of customer service education and development. I will take my business elsewhere.

Toy store for tech nerds!!! Love this place. Great selection and decent prices. Order online and pick up in store. Great staff, fast and freindly. And of course, plenty of parking.

Worst service ever, they wouldn't even follow up on their agreement to price match, even the employees agreed with me, I've never had this issue in other canada computers store, the manager would argue that instead of price matching they would give me a discount instead ...

Good computer parts store. Pricing is fair and comparable to market. Downside for this location : Never reply to your email inquiries. Which becomes highly frustrating. You just end up going on site. No chance to validate if they have a particular item in store to save you a potential unwanted trip.

The 1 star review is for whoever is in charge of the place. Shame on you for not closing your store when the employees and clients are dying of heat from the malfunctioning AC. The least you could have done is to buy a few fans or at the bare minimum bring them cold drinks. They are humans not robots. For the rest of the employees. Thank you for your amazing work and service and be patient one day you wild find an employer who knows your worth.

Please be aware don't buy at st-martin in laval that location sell open box as new and they don't know the definition of "open box" because they say the box should have a sticker that says it's open box but the new 12700k I wanted had a broken seal and no open box sticker on it. One of the employees in Laval told me they had a politic to open motherboard box to see if the motherboard had bent pins but I went to buy my z690 gigabyte gaming x at Brossard and told me that politic doesn't exist. Please go to any other Canada computer you will have a better service and won't get a open box instead of new ! Only the Laval location is problematic !

The employees tried their best to help, it is not their fault if the company policies sucks! I will be sending an email to the head office to let them know how very unimpressed I am with their way of doing business!
