I have always had good service, but recently I went to buy my children's supplies and a book was missing. Before traveling the next day I decided to call, and I was disappointed. A lady (because I could hear her voice) picked up and left me on hold for a very long time, without even bothering to ask me to stay on hold. The irony is that the handset was next to the cash register because I heard beeps every second. I don't know what to think of this treatment because it is so different from the welcome I received there. Will I have to go around burning gas without having the guarantee that this book was available. I dare to believe that it is exceptional, however I am disappointed!

A place where the customer service is completely beyond my expectations. During the back-to-school period, employees wait for us at the door to help us individually complete our purchases on school lists. They stay with us and walk through the store until all our purchases are completed if we feel the need. They know each product and are kind, patient and efficient! The prices are also very competitive.

The workers are honestly very rude especially the old lady. She was disrespectful. Ive never had a experience this bad in a store ive been in for a few minutes.

This stationery reminds me of the one from my childhood, the defunct Papeterie Gelinas in pont-viaux. Fast service, clear answers to our questions, smiling staff, well-placed equipment and a clean place. I recommend this place both during the back to school period and during the year. The prices are fair, even though the product is cheaper than on Amazon or Walmart.

I have rarely had such exceptional service in any other store! There were four of them helping me, advising me, accompanying me with my equipment to the outside even though the stationery store was full of customers!
