Don't order online from their website, they never ship the order. After 2 weeks without update, I call them then within 2 minutes after my called, they put CP tracking number but they never ship the order. I waited another week, and I called them again, then when I questioning why the items was available on the website if they don't have it on hand, they said because they are dropshipping store, and don't tell him how to do his business because he knows how to run the business. This is Really bad customer service. I have to keep chase them to get my refund. .I bet this review will be delete it soon, as I saw other bad review also disappeared

They are wonderful. Every time I need a medication urgently for my son they always rush to help me with my Prescription. The pharmacist is also so kind and understanding as is the rest of the staff. I dealt with Jean coutu and Pharmaprix in the past and you cannot compare the level of service. Multi Soins actually cares about their clients and you’re not just a number!
