Unpleasant to be stared at and when it was time to pay at the self-checkout, I had the impression that the cashier could have seen my PIN on my bank card, she was practically on my back. Even the gentleman next to me seemed nervous and dropped all his cards on the floor. What a horrible experience, I will never set foot in this Pharmaprix again.

I went for a consultation yesterday for an injury & the evening pharmacist there was perfect! Super friendly and attentive despite the number of customers she had at once. Experience 12/10 thanks to this incredible young lady. Great service also from the cashier in the clinic department!!!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. It was 9:40 p.m. on July 26, 2024 and I was waiting to ask a simple question about the side effects of Nyquil. There were no other customers and I said good evening to the person working at the pharmacy, she did not respond but raised her finger, signaling me to wait for her. While waiting patiently for 15 minutes I asked her again if she was finally available. She asks me what I want, only to finally tell me that she is not a pharmacist and that I will have to wait again for a pharmacist. I must admit that I always go to the Jean Coutu pharmacy, because they care about time and the quality of their service. My experience with Pharmaprix was mediocre at the pharmacy level.

Not good service. The staff wasn't interested give me the asked product. They tried to make more money to find the product, like a consultation from the pharmacist.

Force the world to use self-service checkouts for debit, just to make people believe that these stupid machines are used. So many other places to go, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Really an unpleasant shopping experience with your clerk who keeps following us everywhere. This is the third time she's done this, she watches everything we do, I paid at the self-service checkout and even the cashier was there and he saw us paying and she still questioned us if we paid. It's not the first time this happens. She's the lady in her forties with glasses and curly hair who is in the cosmetics business.

The manager of this store does not respect Quebec laws on pricing. Law is very clear if price is less then 10$ item is free. If price is greater than 10$ the merchant has to reimburse 10 on item. Pharmaprix will leave lower advertised prices on shelves from the week before and when a client tells them the price scans incorrectly, they nonchalantly inform the client that it’s not their problem the label has a date on it and the price is expired. The price is so small I needed a magnifying glass to be able the date. Shame on you Pharmaprix for taking advantage of your clients.My case : regular price 14,99$Sale ticket 10,49$Scanned at 14,99$By lay the merchant should credit me 10$, but this manger told me he doesn’t give a shxx about the law and told me if I wanted the item at 10,49$ if not leave the store. Real classy dude.

The cash registers do not accept cash so I had to wait about 30 minutes in the long line at the checkout to be able to pay. There is ONLY ONE CHECKOUT open during the rush. I think you should reorganize everything to stop making people wait in a line.

The pharmacy is toxic, Micheline is a liar and extremely dangerous. She says I wanted to beat her on the phone when it's totally false I recorded the phone conversation and I played it to the police, they told me to sue her for defamation. She is a hypocrite and a liar. And Cherly or Sherby, a real savage, no class, really unprofessional, she tried to attack me when I came to speak to a pharmacist, because I had already filed a complaint against her because she is really not not professional. It's not my fault if they're bad sex, they need to go on Tinder and meet men to satisfy them and make them smile. This pharmacy is TOXIC with dangerous and bad faith employees.
