A customer for several years...but the service has become so deficient over the past 2 or 3 years that yesterday, after another unpleasant experience at the pharmacy counter, I transferred my file to the other branch, in Curé-Labelle! Too often errors by certain pharmacists and some of their assistants, whose listening quality is poor: higher cost of medications because I am not given the generic version that I requested; a pharmacist who makes me pay in full for my prescriptions even though I have insurance; miscalculation of the prescriptions requested, finding myself with quantities covering my needs until December... when I was asking for 2 months! It is high time that the pharmacist owner Zahra Jafar Zadegan, who is excellent, put this branch in order!

Me and a friend ( 23 and 22 years old) got kicked out for no reason. We were buying stuff for a trip. When an old , mean, tall, skinny, mushroom cut white hair woman approached us. Asked if we were done , because it was an hour that already passed, and she asked us to quickly go to cash register and get out. When we followed her directions, she said “ BEN , MERCI, VOUS ETES BEIN AIMABLES” … in the voice of Roz from monsters inc. she looked as we payed and left the store. We basically got kicked out . I didn’t know there was a limit of time I could spend in the pharmacy. If you go, be ready hurry up and go . Because a Karen is timing you. Especially if you look younger. Just saying.

good in general but when I went there today around 7:30 a.m. it was closed and yet before when I looked at the opening hours on Google map it said that it was open and that it closed in about 1 hour - 2hGood in general but when I went today around 7:30 it was closed but when I checked the hours on Google maps it said it was open and that it would close in 1h-2h

Male pharmacist has been very rude on 2 occasions. First time an attendant pharmacist took my information for a refill. As I was waiting the head pharmacist called me over and asked why I hadn't done a refill until now. This is truly not his business but his tone with me was rude and condescending. All he had to say is that he will fax the Dr for a refill. He doesn't have to ask me why or how etc. Secondly he said that he will fax my Dr and get back to me in a few days. No call back even after a couple weeks I returned to refill my prescription only to be told by another young pharmacist friendly gentleman maybe the fax didn't go through because they haven't received an answer yet. The same rude pharmacist from the previous time was there sitting in a chair and did not come to let me know why I still cannot get a refill this time he completely didn't say anything at all even though I was the only customer on a Sunday evening at 530 pm on September 7th. So the young pharmacist said he will send another fax. I will definitely be going to another pharmacy I would hate to be a senior citizen to be treated so rudely and coldly. Luckily I am a professional as well and understand the importance of how to treat others so I will definitely never return to this pharmacy again. It's been a month now with no refill so luckily it's not heart medication.

Pharmacist Zahra should use more appropriate vocabulary and actions when communicating with others. This is surprising coming from a health professional. I hope that a similar situation does not happen again, otherwise a complaint will be filed with the OPQ.
