Première fois que j’y mettais les pieds. J’étais au supermarché à côté et j’avais besoin d’acheter du lait maternisé. Le prix était 13$ plus élevé qu’ailleurs (soit 25% plus cher). J’ai acheté au Jean Coutu en face. C’est honteux de se prendre une aussi grosse marge de profit sur un produit essentiel pour bébé. Plus jamais je ne retourne à cette pharmacie.

Hello, I live right next to Pharmaprix which is on Boulevard Samson, and I buy there very often, the annoying thing is the young person I find at the checkout, you really have to teach him good manners, neither hello, nor thank you, nor really smile, nothing, sometimes he doesn't even look at you, I never say anything to him, but I think that this kind of person should not be in contact with customers, he should work in the stock like that he won't come across anyone, thank you

I bought something from electronics. I asked the cashier if I could return it later if my wife didn’t like it. And came back later that night girl with red at the cashier refused to take it back. Extremely rude. Didn’t even touch the box or open it.

I am compelled to share my disappointing experience at this pharmacy. My mother, aged 62, has been visiting this location for her blood tests due to the convenience of an on-spot nurse. However, our recent encounter left us thoroughly dissatisfied.Upon entering the pharmacy, we were greeted by a lady whose demeanor suggested an apparent attitude problem. While I understand that everyone can have bad days, her behavior was unprofessional. She greeted us with audible sighs and a flustered attitude, which immediately set the tone for an unpleasant visit.My mother, who has been a regular for blood tests, was shocked when the service was abruptly refused. We were informed that the blood test service is exclusively offered to their medication customers, despite having an available slot in February. This policy was conveyed to us with zero empathy or understanding.We explained that we were not regular customers for medications, which seemed to trigger even more frustration from the staff. The refusal was delivered with a dismissive tone, leaving us feeling unwelcome and disrespected.While I acknowledge that the staff might face challenges and fatigue, customer service should remain a priority. A simple request for a blood test should not be met with such resistance and hostility. It is disheartening to witness a lack of professionalism and customer-centric approach in a service-oriented business.This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and we will be reconsidering our choice of pharmacy for future healthcare needs. I sincerely hope the management takes note of this review and addresses the need for better customer service training among their staff.Two stars are too generous for an establishment that fails to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of its customers.

Most of the things that are in stock according to the website are actually not in stock .Either the owner or manager does it on purpose or they don't update their stock. Plus the old cashiers upfront are a spaz and rude

All my encounters and experiences over the past years are hard to put into words. I can only describe them as complete disasters. The frequency of their prescription errors, particularly concerning elderly individuals, is alarming and poses a serious risk to the health and well-being of their customers. The consequences of these mistakes can be severe, potentially leading to catastrophic side effects. It is astonishing and completely unacceptable that a pharmacy entrusted with such a vital responsibility can demonstrate such blatant negligence without repercussions.What is perhaps the most distressing aspect of this establishment is their utter lack of remorse when they make mistakes. Instead of acknowledging their errors and taking appropriate action, they choose to gaslight their customers, making them feel as though their concerns are invalid or unwarranted. It is both frustrating and disheartening to be met with such dismissiveness when the stakes are so high—our health is at stake.The level of service provided at this pharmacy is undoubtedly the worst I have ever encountered. The staff's demeanor is consistently apathetic and indifferent, displaying no sense of professionalism or basic customer care. It is as if their primary goal is to inconvenience customers rather than provide the necessary support.Considering the severity and frequency of their errors, I strongly believe that a formal report should be filed against this pharmacy. If you value your safety and expect even a hint of accountability, I strongly urge you to avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

i went on 20 june evening at 06:42 pm to buy STL transport adapte ticket and i was clear in my request that i need them for Laval color green zone B, the cashier gave me regular pass and confirmed that they are for transport adapte i paid 94.50 for 30 pass.When i called STL to be sure, they informed that they are wrong, even the price is higher because she charged me new price effective 1st july, i came back next day to this pharmacy to exchange them, another cashier said that they dont sold this kind of pass and i have to go to metro station to ask for a reimbursement. i will never buy from this pharmacy, they have many unprofessionnel persons at cash and poste canada. this sitution never happened at cure labelle pharmaprix they have a better service.

Went today for cough syrup and went to cash myself out. The Buckley’s was on special for 12.99 yet when I scanned it came to 18.99 , I told the lady and she went to check and said it wasn’t that product that was on special. I told her that in Quebec law if it wasn’t priced properly they should give it at the price that’s displayed. She then said she would get her manager mind u she refused to speak to me in English she was answering me in French the whole time. Then the manager came and told me a customer had stocked it in the wrong place . As I was cashing myself out they were all standing around talking about me so I mentioned to the manager how her worker refused to speak to me in English and her response was this is Quebec and she doesn’t have to speak English. I literally buy all my beauty products and creams from them. I literally spend at least 200$ a week there. Never again they definitely won’t be getting another penny from me also I am reporting them to the Quebec labour department. Nothing is ever priced properly there. It’s a bunch of young lazy workers there and the disrespect is absolutely disgusting pls don’t waste your money there is another pharmacy across the street that will be getting my hard earned money from now on. I will definitely be boycotting them from today on!
