I always laught at supposedly pharmacist who is disconnected from reality or simply has no idea of what they are talking bout. She is asking me did you call Info Sante option 3. Yes, I did and the prompt said they are closed 3x. Don't you understand in Quebec peeps don't work 7 days a week in 1984 oops I mean 2024. To be told you need to go to the emergency, when the government said the pharmacist can assist you for medical reason. We are doomed lol.

Today, Wednesday July 3, 2024, around 9:20 p.m. - 9:40 p.m., a woman of color who was going to pay at the cash register behaved strangely. She left and the burglary alarm went off. The cashier and her colleague did not tell the woman to come back. She also had a small bag with her and that's probably where she put what was stolen. Your employees only care about their salary.

I had been a customer at this place for several years since I really like the Pharmaprix banner... but I had to capitulate, after giving up several chances, and go elsewhere. I can no longer count the order errors, medication errors, incredibly long delays, unprocessed online orders, lost orders, stupid responses, lack of listening and, of course, inaccurate orders, attempts to escape from work and not sending a renewal request, waiting for a return call that never came... and once my partner even received a box of medication that had expired 5 years ago! Also, seeing the number of customers "whining" at the counter, we weren't the only ones to think that things weren't right. Too bad, I liked the banner.

This large Pharmacy has a great range of products. A large beauty section at the entrance. A nice food section in the back, as well as frozen and refrigerated products. A fairly respectable selection of magazines (photo), there is more choice than the other major pharmacy banners (history magazine, science, etc.). A large selection of greeting cards (photo). The store is clean and beautiful. It makes you want to shop and buy.
The service is always courteous.
There is a large free parking lot with around 50 spaces, including 4 adapted for disabled people (photo).

Pharmacy located at 5780 boulevard des Laurentides
2 visits this week convinced me to write a negative review on the services provided. Both times, I spoke to a pharmacist who clearly didn't feel like being there or helping. An incredible I don’t care. However, there are fees charged for each drug sold.
A little humanity for sick people would be expected but not at Pharmaprix as far as I see!

It’s a shame that a bag is now 35 cents and that it’s so cheaply made. It's a pharmacy but also sells cosmetics, magazines and books with a huge reading corner and food, sometimes overpriced. You have to watch out for the specials. Bravo for the cashier's smile, it's very well taken. They even sell video games and films in DVD and Blu-ray format. There is even a laptop and scooter. Pharmaprix is the closest thing to the modern concept of the general store while still being quite far away.
