Always missing a medicine when you have them prepared
Force me to persist with them every month on my treatments
Infantile people when I leave on vacation and I want to have my medicines prepared for the duration of my stay ask me when I leave as if at 52 I was incapable of managing my prescriptions
And so on
I left and even though it was bad, I would rather die than return

Always EXCESSIVELY long for prescriptions. Even if you call an hour in advance, you will still be waiting when you arrive. Yet it is often empty. It's a shame that we have to change pharmacies even though it's the closest to us, but for a better experience, especially in terms of waiting, it's worth it.

I came on Friday after having been to an emergency dentist for a dry socket caused by an extraction that I had, on paper the dentist made an error in the medication, as the dentist closed at 3 p.m. it was closed when I was came to the pharmacy, I was then treated as if I was a junky, even telling me that the dentist was closed that day when I had the invoice to support it, the pharmacist therefore refused to give me the painkillers even though she told me she knew what the dentist wanted to write when she made her mistake, I was then left to suffer until Saturday when I was given 5 pills, telling me that on Monday they would check with the dentist, with 5 pills I would not make it until Monday so I will have to suffer again, I guarantee that I will file a complaint with the pharmacists and I will change pharmacies!! Nice way to treat someone who suffers from dry socket, I hope that we will do the same thing to you as you would have done to me, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY! When I was given the 5 pills I persisted in the fact that it was not even enough to get me until Monday, I was told to go and wait in the emergency room in this case, this Monday you will see that I was right and believe me that as soon as I leave I will raise the complaint immediately.

I have been here several timesBad service every time.Rude and rude staff.Same thing with the medicine/pharmacy service.There are much better ready-made products than this Jean Coutu.

No empathy at all towards customers. I had high blood sugar and there was almost no one at the pharmacy (before closing) I spoke to the cashier about it to say there are needles in my order you only have to give me one to prick myself and I can wait my turn for the rest, like take your time, the super nice cashier asks the pharmacist for approval. She ignores him giving him a sign with her eyes without response, she goes to ask the person who prepares the orders she also tells him don't put pressure on me and finally she comes back to me, poor disappointed person to tell me that that cannot be done right away. A bad feeling from people without empathy unfortunately. Today, December 27, 2022, do not frequent this establishment

You have to call 2 days in advance to have your medications prepared and when you show up at the counter it's not ready under the pretext of a labor shortage... but there are 10 behind the counter. It’s the shortage of resourcefulness and knowing how to serve your customers. Really couldn't hear this pretext to excuse lazy people. Bad service
